Avatar f tn That 1/2-hour or more can be broken up through the day, 10 minutes here and 20 minutes there which can consist of walking, and/or sitting exercises. For example, park your car in the back of the parking lot and walk to the store. That will give you additional walking. The weight will slowly go down and you will maintain it better. Do not be discouraged, weight loss can be a slow process but the slower you loss, the higher chance it will stay off.

Avatar f tn ve been steadily losing weight over the past few days even though I eat at least 3 meals a day (3 normal portioned meals, or 5 small meals). When I first weighed myself when I found out I was pregnant, I was about 145. Then when I went to the doctor 2 weeks ago I was 140, now I'm 137. Anyone else going through weird things like this? Add in the approximate 2000 calories I burn with my exercise and I should be melting into a puddle! I only use ones from the library because they are free and if I don't like it I can bring it back. There are some just for your mid section. Look for Core or Ab workouts. If you Google stomach exercises they will pop up everywhere. I also believe that it sometimes depends on what type of food you eat.

Avatar f tn I exercise every morning in my stationary bike for at least 30 minutes and at night again for 30 minutes. I burn 230 calories in my 30-minute exercise. I eat 2 whole wheat breads in the morning with cheese and lite mayonnaise and I drink coffee once or twice a day. I eat 1 cup of white rice during lunch with meat and vegetables. I only eat vegetables and meat at night, no rice. I also drink a fruit drink at night with L Carnetine in it during my dinner and after I exercise at night.
