When you tone muscle it becomes a heavy mass, heavier than fat, therefore you will weight more but as you said losing inches. This is totally normal and healthy! Im a qualified personal trainer and what you described there is totally normal, your losing weight in a healthy manner which is hard to do so fair play to you, keep it up! The thyroid will set you back and losing weight will take longer! If you are worried and need any advice you can PM me!

Did you know it takes about a year for your body to adjust to losing 10 pounds? It's important to remember weight loss is a marathon and not a sprint. In order to lose weight and keep it off, you shouldn't look at it as weight loss but a way to become healthier!

It would be really dangerous to you to lose that much weight, ie 15 lbs
in 2 weeks. A good amount of weight is about 2 lbs per week.
The middle of August is about 4 weeks away. Even in 4 weeks, unless
you go on what I would call a drastic diet or a starvation diet which would
probably put your body in shock, you can't lose 15 lbs in a healthy way.
Some people might think that if you drastically reduce your calorie
intake, the weight will just fall off you. This is not true.
I understand the morning sickness is no joke. My first pregnancy my morning sickness was so bad I had it for 4 months straight.l'm small as well n honestly every women carry pregnancy different. I didn't gain a lot of weight in my first trimester but eat what u can just to put something in your stomach and drink water stay hydrated as much as u can. Until the morning sickness passes. I didn't really start picking up weight until my second trimester...
So my dr told me that I am losing weight today at my appointment. I know its natural in the first trimester but my dr is concerned and says I need to start gaining. Problem is I am never hungry. I eat a small meal at lunch time and feel completely stuffed the rest of the day/night. Anyone have any suggestions?? I'm already high risk, I don't want anything else to happen too!
t really need to gain if you were over weight when the pregnancy started. Eat healthy meals, normal portions, exercise moderately. You may lose weight naturally as baby takes up some of the excess calories you were consuming. I'd consider yourself weight neutral right now and just eat healthy with proper portion control and not worry about the end result of your weight.
A healthy nutrition plan is the very first thing you should start with.
Stay away from sugars and starches, eat plenty of veggies especially the greens, get plenty of lean protein in your diet like chicken breasts, most fish, lean pork tender loin, and very lean red meat.
Exercise daily if possible. Even if only 10-15 minutes a day, don't think that because you can't spend a ton of time exercising that it's a waste of time. Any exercise at all is better than none.
Why do you want to be underweight? If you love sports you most likely have a lot of muscle mas making up your current underweight BMI. Get a fat percentage measurement done and you may find that you should actually worry more about properly nourishing and taking care of your body's needs than losing weight. Don't hurt yourself, and your body will continue to play sports. Underweight is not good.

I think it's too much sitting compressing your nerves. Can you try to walk more? That's really good for your circulation and muscles and back. And change your diet to mostly vegetarian with small quantities of protein, like the size of a deck of cards, once a day. Avoid carbs except in small amounts, and make them healthy. A potato or sweet potato has some nutrition and fiber, but cookies don't.
It also helps to plan your meals ahead of time so that you know before hand how many calories your going to eat that day. You dont have to eat much of some foods to keep from losing weight. You can purchase the calorie counter book in a paper back at most any book store... Id also suggest that you try eating 1,500to 1,600 calories daily. Most males usually use or burn about 2400 calories daily.
You must first realize how much food you are eating. Once you have a good idea of how much you normally eat, begin to cut down on that amount, but only by a little bit. Gradually increase the amount of food that you are cutting down. Once you are accustomed to eating a smaller amount, try to begin eating a little healthier. While you are getting healthy, it is important to exercise as well. Always check the ingredients, calories, fat, carbohydrates, and vitamins of the food you buy.
No i dont think its bad as long as you keep doing it the healthy way with out restricting your calorie intake then its ok..
