Avatar f tn Happened to my mom in her third pregnancy, my sister was healthy and healthy weight, but did deliver early and quickly. They managed to get to the hospital but my sister was born in the hallway at the hospital because they didn't have time to get her to l&d lol. Good luck!!
Avatar n tn You don't really need to gain if you were over weight when the pregnancy started. Eat healthy meals, normal portions, exercise moderately. You may lose weight naturally as baby takes up some of the excess calories you were consuming. I'd consider yourself weight neutral right now and just eat healthy with proper portion control and not worry about the end result of your weight.
Avatar f tn Any idea what is going on? Can you be in the early stages of pregnancy and be losing weight? I plan on taking a test this weekend but I am curious now about these things.

Avatar f tn I'm 11 weeks and since I became pregnant I have lost 6 pounds. Keep in mind that I'm not drinking alcohol or smoking cigarettes anymore.. but is this normal or okay? With my first pregnancy I was 119 when I got pregnant, and that was 6 years ago. With this pregnancy I was 146 and now I'm weighing 140. I eat constantly but worried this isn't okay. Can anyone help ease my thought process?
Avatar f tn ve weighed about 159 and have been maintaining that, which is a 29 pound difference from my pre pregnancy weight. I went to the doctor the other day and had lost 5 pounds. Is this okay for my third? I eat but I honestly am just not as hungry this last trimester like I was the others, probably mostly because I feel I hardly have any room for food. Anyone else lost weight in their third tri?

Avatar f tn Hi m 29 weeks pregnant mashallah and last mnth my weight was 66 and this month my weight is 64 i lost 2 kg .. Has anyone experience this? should i worry ?becoz its my first pregnancy ..plx help is dat normal?
Avatar f tn It depends on what your starting weight is and the way you are losing it. If you have a higher starting weight and you are losing weight because you are eating healthier and exercising than your okay. If your doctor says its okay, you should be fine. Plus you have more than half your pregnancy ahead of you to gain some of that weight back. Don't stress, i am sure you'll be fine.
Avatar f tn Is anyone else losing weight? I am 38, 23 weeks along and overweight. My first 12 weeks I was very nauseous, but tried eating small amounts often so baby got adequate nutrition. Well I am not sick anymore and I am still losing. 14 pounds so far. The baby is very active, I just want to know if anyone else is experiencing this.
