Avatar f tn I'm a little confused. Is anyone else losing weight? I'm 11weeks 5days. My weight before pregnancy was 180. 6weeks prego my weight was 168, 8weeks was 161, today i'm at 155. I thought in the beginning it was from morning sickness and being actually sick, but for 3 weeks i haven't had a lot of morning sickness since i started drinking sprite and i haven't been sick. I thought for sure by mid 11 weeks i would have gained at least a pound or two. Am I the only one losing?

Avatar f tn Sugar can add thousands of calories to your daily intake causing weight gain and leading to diabetes. Stopping your intake abruptly may lead to sugar cravings and to headaches. Substitute it first for DietRite which is both caffeine and sugar ( and aspartame) free, but do it gradually, and than switch to water. Good luck.

Avatar f tn I'm having such a hard time losing the weight I gained when I was pregnant. I used to be very active and drank a lot of water, now I just want to lay around and don't drink water like I used to. I'm slowing getting back into the habit of drinking water more but I don't have the energy or drive to exercise. Any advice?
11100381 tn?1436779908 I am at week 10, and instead of the morning sickness getting better, it's getting worse. I went from massive fruit cravings, to eating pancakes now and then, to eating portions about half a sandwhich, and now, I can barely eat a piece of toast. I was drinking ensure to make up for what I havn't been eating, but now I can't stomach even that. I feel so hungry and everytime I try to eat, my stomach screams in pain at me and I usually end up throwing it up.
Avatar m tn Honestly stop trying to lose weight. You are in a healthy weight range now. But you should consider eating a little more and drinking more water.
Avatar f tn I havent had any kind of morning sickness, so I know I'm not losing weight for that reason. My friends and family tell me its normal to lose weight before gaining it. I do take walks everyday and I'm not sure if that could have something to do with my weight loss too or not.

1203066 tn?1265879976 Hi, If she hasn't seen the Vet for a recent exam, it wouldn't hurt to take her in and explain the symptoms if you feel this isn't the norm for her. Is she losing any weight? The diagnosis just recently was diabetes mellitus caught early, and now she is on insulin but doing okay.

Avatar f tn I then lost about 10-15 lbs in 1 1/2 months by eating better and drinking more water and using the treadmill (run/walk) 5 (+/-) time a week for about an hour or so (4-5 miles). Just because. I came back to my office job 1 year ago (where a lot of women who like to eat work as well). I was 175 lbs when I came back. Now I weigh 205...Thats 30 lbs in one year. I joined a gym in February and then hired a trainer in March. We've been working together for about a month now.
