Avatar f tn wat i do is i have a schedule.. i workout playing dance dance revolution and i dance for 2 hours straight. and then i lift weights.. and i do that for monday to friday.. now you should not cheat until after 1 month has gone by..i know you might get bored but do something you enjoy doing. while in your workout..i dont believe in protein drink or nothing like that...listen to music and enjoy...you will notice by the next week or two you will see and feel better......

I felt dizzy light headed, unbalanced and my arms and legs felt heavy. Wich just made me push my self harder to move faster so I could lose more calories. So I felt even more dizzy, light headed and unbalanced after. And kinda spaced out.I also wore a heavy long sleev shirt so I would sweat more because I know you lose weight of sweat enouph.

You DO NOT need to be engaging in any strict exercise/nutrition program at your age unless you are 30lbs or more overweight.

I tore a muscle in my neck and messed up my knee back in Sept of last year and couldn't dance until Feb when I got released. i've always been the bigger girl. my highest weight was 228 that was in Feb. My current weight is 201 as of last week. I need to loose at least another 30-40lbs by august for college audition. which doesn't leave me much time.

Will only let me walk up to 2 miles a day. That's unacceptable for a 49-year-old extremely active female though I'm 20 pounds over weight. Have never smoked. He's now my EX-cardiologists. I have appointment with new group next month. In late June I suddenly lost all endurance.

Avatar f tn If you are still struggling with weight and you see no changes in two or three months then you should have your doctor run a few tests to see if there is a underlying medical condition preventing you from losing weight and also go see a nutritionist that specializes with teenage weight management to help get you on the right track. I don't know what I did to mess it up. but even laying down i have to force myself to extend it. every time i get it extended it sends sharp pain from the lower part of my knee up to my hip bone. I'm only 20 so the thought of knee replacement scares me half to death. I can't start my career in dance until my knee is back to normal.. i've tried icing it, stretching it, biofreeze you name it i've probably tried it.
