
I need help
losing weight, I weigh 195 and want to weigh 175
by the end of August 29. Today is July 10, and I'm aiming for a 20 pound goal. Last month I went one a half week of working out (constant running for 1 1/2 hour daily) and I lost five pounds. I weighed 200 pounds. But now I need to stick to it, I'm dieting, and drinking plenty of water, and going to start working out today again.
