Losing weight by only drinking water
Common Questions and Answers about Losing weight by only drinking water
Hi! I am also just starting to try and drop some weight. I don't know about you, but I can't seem to make myself like drinking water, no matter how much I remind myself that it's so much better for me than other sugary drinks. One thing that I have found that helps me get in my daily water needs is squeezing lemons or limes into a pitcher of water. It naturally sweetens it and makes it taste so much better! I also drink green teas a lot when I am craving something besides water.
I drink about 2 of them during the night. I get the other glass of water in bydrinking more during one of those time periods. I don't think I would get enough if I did not measure it because it seems like you are drinking more than you are.
Instead of cutting calories try increasing your activity level. Keeping a food journal can be helpful so you can catch yourself if you are over or under eating. Also like stated above try to drink only water so you aren't drinking your calories but make sure you are drinking enough. I know when I'm trying to eat less for whatever reason I drink less to. Another thing I've noticed about my body is if I cut my calories too much I will actually gain weight.
Start your day bydrinking lemon juice in warm water. Have fruits with lots of vitamin C in breakfast that will help you cut fats as vitamin C is a fat burner. Exercise daily for 30-40 minutes like walking or aerobic exercise. You can try doing some stomach crunches or sit ups for a toned stomach. A calculative and disciplined approach will be helpful. Do keep me posted on your regime.
Best luck for your wishes!

I'm having such a hard time losing the weight I gained when I was pregnant. I used to be very active and drank a lot of water, now I just want to lay around and don't drink water like I used to. I'm slowing getting back into the habit of drinking water more but I don't have the energy or drive to exercise. Any advice?
Drink more water. Every time you feel hungry drink water.
Try the fit for life plan. Eat only fruit till noon. Load up on the vitamins.
For dinner have only steamed vegetables and lean meat. Fish is best.
Get active. Swimming is the best and no impact.
Take a walk after each meal. I hope this helps.

If she hasn't seen the Vet for a recent exam, it wouldn't hurt to take her in and explain the symptoms if you feel this isn't the norm for her. Is she losing any weight? My cat was drinking water excessivly and also filling the litter box. It wasn't normal for her to be drinking so much water and urinating a lot. The diagnosis just recently was diabetes mellitus caught early, and now she is on insulin but doing okay.
Thanks everyone, it was water retention. I am horrible about drinkingwater and I do love salt! Yes I mostly do eat healthy foods, occasionally I make caloric room for the no no food, but otherwise 1500 calories is good for me. Thanks all!

It is relatively easy, inexpensive ( my husbands clinic charges 120 a month for the hormone, most people only need one month supply for every 20 pounds they need to lose- sometimes less), and few side effects(most people only mention headaches and/or constipation which can be addressed by diet changes and more water consumption).
Research it and give it a try. You'll be happy you did.
