930138 tn?1244345904 It is relatively easy, inexpensive ( my husbands clinic charges 120 a month for the hormone, most people only need one month supply for every 20 pounds they need to lose- sometimes less), and few side effects(most people only mention headaches and/or constipation which can be addressed by diet changes and more water consumption). Research it and give it a try. You'll be happy you did.

While you might lose a considerable amount of weight on it, which might be nice, the chances of gaining it all back, once you go off the med are extremely high. I can't think of anyone I've ever known, who would stick to such a "diet" for any length of time.
