Avatar f tn 10 kg is over 20 lbs, which is too much to lose in one month. Safe weight loss is 1-2 lbs/week. No diet, short of starvation will allow you to lose that much. Better to take longer to lose the weight and do it by making healthy lifestyle changes that you can stick with.

Avatar n tn I'm sorry to tell you but I don't think there's any way to lose 12kg in one month. You could lose probably close to half that if you eat around 1000-1200 calories a day (depending on your metabolism) and do cardio for 30-45 minutes 5 days a week. Lower body exercises also help a lot to burn calories.

You probably didn't gain it fast, so you can't expect to lose it fast either. 15 lbs is too much to expect to lose safely in one month, but you can get started and lose as much as possible. The 3 areas that are the most important for weight loss, seem to be the 3 areas in which you're the least flexible. Those are diet, exercise and sleep.

I've cheated at times because I was scared at how fast the weight was coming off but even cheating didn't stall my weight lose. I had pasta with sauce, sausage, bread and a glass of milk but it didn't stall or stop my weight lose I lost two pounds by the next day. Safe weight loss is 1-2 lbs/week, so in order to lose 1 lb/week, you'd have to drop 500 calories from your BMR each day (1 lb is equal to 3500 calories, so 500 calories X 7 days = 3500 calories or 1 lb). OR you can drop 250 calories from your diet and increase .....
