Avatar f tn I have little bumps under my eyes. Dr said if he remove them it will leave scar under my eyes. what to do?
Avatar n tn I have red, pimple-like with white heads bumps under my eyes. I have seen 2 eye doctors and 2 dermatologists and I was under the close supervision of a plastic surgeon for another problem (a basal cell carcinoma reconstruction). None of them was able to diagnose this problem. I tried all the antibiotics, eye and lid cleaners, drops, dry eye products (all the samples they had...) etc. but nothing helped. The warm patches work for awhile but the pimples always come back.
Avatar n tn On the other hand, milia, are benign, keratin-filled cysts that can appear just under the epidermis or on the roof of the mouth. They are usually found around the nose and eyes. Can you elaborate more on the rash description? Are there other signs or symptoms present? It would be best to have this evaluated by your doctor or be referred to an eye specialist for proper management. Take care and regards.

Avatar f tn My skin is quite clear on my face except in certain areas. In the small area under my eyes, where eye bags would be, I have these tiny bumps or what lookes like Small pimples but they aren't. I've had them for years now and at first I thought they could be pimples but when I tried to pop them nothing came out, and the skin didn't break, it just turned red. I have them in other areas like around my jaw line, on my neck, and some on my arms as well.
Avatar m tn Asking because I have milia bumps on my eyelids and under eyes and wonder if they can help get rid of the milia bumps and prevent future ones.
Avatar f tn I don't know if anyone else has this condition? I've had them since my late teens. Bumps under both eyes. I've tried laser - one eye was treated with little difference. Now I wouldn't care about them if they were anywhere else, but when something is on the face it can really affect ones confidence. I have conceeded that I will probably never get rid of all of them. But two options have been suggested to me - cauterization and eye bag removal.
Avatar f tn I have developed tiny bumps under my eyes in the past few months, I never had them appear before this, and not sure what may have caused/be causing them. They are tiny- the size of pin heads and clustered together- approx 15-20 under each eye. They are under both eyes running from the inner corner to the middle under eye (so are at the darkest part of the undereye) thay are flesh coloured but because they are tiny raised bumps they look noticeable especially when wearing make-up.
Avatar f tn I have have many, many tiny little bumps on both my cheek bones and my nose just under my eyes. I want to know what exactly these things are. There seem to be about a hundred or more of them. They do not hurt. They do not feel hard. I've had them for about 14 years now. They are not pimples. They are not milia. They are not blackheads. They are not whiteheads ( or I assume not since all my white heads go away and, or pop ) I will attach a picture of them.
248382 tn?1274938634 Google milia and syringoma. I have those under my eyes, and according to my dermatologist they can be removed with lasers, but they tend to come back. Haven't done it yet, but probably will when I can afford it, as it's not covered by insurance.
Avatar n tn Today however I am interested in one thing in perticular and that is a dotty or patchy texture under my eyes overlaying dark circles. I have found a picture someone took which looks very similar to my own which you can examine @ http://yfrog.com/6euezs0j . Is this from sun damage and is there anything at home I can do to treat it? If not what can be done at a derm office?
Avatar n tn My daugher, who is 3, has small white bumps on her nose. Is it Milia? I often notice blackheads too. Her doctor recommends benzoil peroxide but it has not addressed the issue. What is the best way to address this? She has had it for as long as I can remember. Could it be something else more serious?
Avatar f tn Hi! For as long as I can remember, I have lots of milia on my labia majora. I'm quite clean and wash the area often but it's not enough and they make me rather self-conscious. I already have an adapalene cream .1% for the milia around my eyes but I see that it says I shouldn't use the cream on my genitals. What can I do? Is there a different type of cream that's safer for that area? Is it worth it going to get them extracted every few months at a dermatologist?
Avatar f tn is this enough for getting rid of milia under my eyes?
2114766 tn?1334496749 They are usually found around the nose and eyes. In children milia often disappears within two to four weeks. In adults it may require removal by a physician or a cosmetologist. Milia can sometimes be a result of harsh face washes or from repeated heat stress from hot showering on people with sensitive skins.[citation needed] Source(s): http://en.wikipedia.
Avatar n tn So for a while I've had this little patch of bumps that normally blend, but right now kind of look white at the tips (might be from rubbing from inquisition) in with my skin in a small area on my wrist.
Avatar f tn Before, they were a bit raised, now it looks like they are just under the skin. No actual bumps, but if you look, you can see small white dots. Like clogged pores. I have bathed her every couple of days since she was born, and don't understand why these have persisted. Is there anything I can do, or will she just have to live with this for the rest of her life? Thanks!
Avatar n tn Hi Amanda, This could be milia, which is a benign, keratin-filled cysts that can appear just under the epidermis around the nose and eyes. Milia can sometimes be a result of sensitive skin and use of harsh face washes or from repeated heat stresses such from hot shower. It is difficult to remove this without proper tools and may leave scars if manipulated. If topical medications do not help, removal by a special tool or microdermabrasion may be done by your dermatologist.
Avatar n tn They occur across the upper cheeks, under eyes, nose or chin and sometimes on the genitalia. They are benign, keratin-filled cysts seen in people of all ages. Milia are formed directly from sloughed-off skin and usually found on the faces of infants and adults. They can result from use of harsh cosmetics or heat stress from sunlight or hot showers. You should consult a doctor (or a cosmetologist) for diagnosis and treatment.
Avatar n tn i have these little skin color bumps on my neck n face.. what are they? idk but i think it came from me on the water slide in the bahamas with the sea water(salt water) it was burnin my face..
Avatar n tn Hello, Milia are benign, keratin-filled cysts that can appear just under the epidermis. Secondary milia can develop on the sun-damaged skin of middle-aged and older people. They are white pimples that occur mostly on the upper cheeks, nose and chin. The best way to prevent milia is to avoid treating your skin with excessively harsh chemicals and to limit sun exposure. Also use good quality cosmetics and exfoliate your skin regularly.
