Somewhere I have read that soy has protein and for PCOS one should combine carbohydrate with protein, so it is good to have soy products. I have also read soy has phytoestrogen (estrogenic activity) so it will add to the already elevated levels of estrogen in the body of a PCOS sufferer, so it should be avoided.

Avatar n tn So far I have packed comfortable clothing, toiletries and hygiene products (shampoo toothbrush etc) , nursing bra, nursing pads, hair tie, Chapstick, lotion. You can bring your own towel. or robe to walk around the hospital in. Everything else I believe your hospital provides. Pads and underwear, diapers and wipes. Oh and bring some clothes for baby to come home in.
