That's not completely accurate. There is intraoral herpes. It displays on the hard palate and other bone-bearing tissue.
This doesn't sound like intraoral herpes based on the very brief description. But the first sentence in your response could be misleading to others searching for answers.
Cancer sores are not herpes or cold sores. A Cold sore is HSV-1 and appears usually outside the lip. Do a google image search and see for yourself. Wikipedia will clarify the difference between cancer sores and cold sores. Also, there is cracked mouth which are cracks in the skin in the corner of the mouth. This is not herpes either.
Lysine doesn't do much for cold sores to begin with.
This sounds more like something non-herpes going on. You've had cold sores enough now to also recognize that this is different. Next time it's there, try to see your doctor or dentist that day and have it looked at.
so yesterday someone with a pimple like thing (which i dont know if its a cold sore or not) on his lip touched my lip with his hand so i started thinking what if he had just touched his lip and so on.. so a while later i started getting a tingling sensation on my lip and looked in the mirror and it looked like a whitehead was forming. I continiously get lip sores on my bottom lip only. I have been getting them for years and have been prescribed many diffrent courses of creams tablets etc. There has never been one any better thanthe other and when the blisterring is at its most venemous the need to pick is almost un-bearable.
I keep away from lip balm etc as I find them to only feed the bug opposed to helping.
I am a 29 y.o. male and was recently intimate with a woman who I had never met before. Roughly a week later, I noticed a visible pulsation inside my right lower lip and a pulsation/numbness on the right side of my chin just outside my lip. mouth ulcers are canker sores which are assumed to have a genetic reason behind them. they are not due to herpes and are not contagious.
The best thing to do is to see your provider. If this is oral herpes it's most likely hsv1 which is incredibly common. You'll need a work up to figure that out though.
Cold sores are caused by the Herpes simplex virus type 1 not by Herpes zoster. Yes Herpes zoster can cause skin lesions on the face and eye. But you describe classic cold sore caused by Herpes simplex. It is quite common and about 80% of adults have it. It does go away sooner if you use a topical or pill form of acyclovir. If you really want to know, best to get it cultured. Acyclovir will help clear it up.

since it was unprotected sex, you should consider following up with proper std testing. gonorrhea and chlamydia can be tested for anytime after 1 week. syphilis anytime after 6 weeks. herpes and hiv anytime after 3 months. discuss with your provider if testing for hepatitis is warranted or not too.
Mammo is right , and also canker soars can appear when you are stressed out, immune system is down. Don't sleep one night, not only you'll get canker soars, a cold , and herpes can show up too. In your case, herpes is not in your body, at least you don't have to be worried about that. Also check for a sharpness on a tooth, a filling , or a crown , that can at times hurt your tongue, and then cause a canker in some people , since you said it appears in the same spot.

The breakout was on a testicle. The test was a swab and culture. From what I've read, I did think that herpes sores were on the outside of the lip. And because these are pretty much always a result of biting my lip/cheek, I knew they weren't caused directly by herpes. But I was wondering if having herpes could make it more difficult for the canker sores to heal?
