and the areas that he drilled on my teeth are find, but where he put the needle in my upper lip were very painful. i cam feel it into my sinuses and ive had major headaches since. and the one part on my top lip still doesnt function right. it hurts. can anyone plz explain to me what it going on with this?

If the itch comes back despite the hypoallergenic diet, then the reason/diagnosis would be pollen/dust allergies (Atopy) and referral to a veterinary dermatologist for allergy skin testing and desensitization injections (just like allergy shots in kids) would be warranted to reduce the steroid need.

Firstly, it appears that the dentist numbed the wrong part of my mouth as the top was numbed, and the work was to be down on a lower tooth. One of the injections caused a shooting, burning pain along my cheek and radiated towards my eye. After which the dentist left. A while later, the dentist returned, when asked if my lower lip was numb I responded that the top was numbed, the dentist was surprised and gave me more injections and immediately began drilling.

I need to find a good doc in Michigan to look at adrenal function. I've been to cardiologist--heart is good, but my BP is going bonkers, and based on other things going on and all clear testing cardiac data, he agrees I need endocrinologist. I'm in metro Detroit area. I saw one 1-1/2 years ago when I suspected something was up, and she only checked my morning cortisol spit test, which is basically worthless without three more in the day, and only a basic thyroid panel.

If I seek a surgeon to remove the lump, who would be most practiced at this sort of procedure?, and what would their medical occupation be?
