My understanding is that we're not supposed to mention doctor's names on this forum. Perhaps someone else can clarify this. I'm in Canada also and know of at least one person in Calgary using the doctor's I'm going to recommend to you.

and the areas that he drilled on my teeth are find, but where he put the needle in my upper lip were very painful. i cam feel it into my sinuses and ive had major headaches since. and the one part on my top lip still doesnt function right. it hurts. can anyone plz explain to me what it going on with this?

I am also going to have to give myself the daily injections of PIO because DH is going to Calgary on business. He is then staying a few days longer to visit family. How am I going to give myself that big Horse needle? I am thinking I will have to go to my Dr office EVERYDAY!! Any tips, suggestions??

I was never advised of the risks of this surgery (that I could have permanent nerve damage or that I would be left with a huge ball like scar in the center of my lip. Firstly, it appears that the dentist numbed the wrong part of my mouth as the top was numbed, and the work was to be down on a lower tooth. One of the injections caused a shooting, burning pain along my cheek and radiated towards my eye. After which the dentist left. My daughter whom is 17months has a small bump (size of an on her lower lip.
