When anesthegia wore off I was left in chronic extreme pain that extends from the middle of my lip and jaw to my ear and up into my eye socket. The pain is extreme but centered on the lower row of teeth where the crown was put on. Yesterday the dentist checked everything, did a second xray, and found nothing. He stated the tooth is probably dying but admitted it had shown no signs of problem upon examination other than one corner had broken off, which was the reason for the crown.

I had deep cleaning on my right side for my teeth I had the numbing injection on my gums but the lady who cleaned my teeth she stuck the injection needle on the inside of my lips twice my whole mouth started tingly half my nose was numb and after I got out of the dentist I had two big huge bump on my lip with blood still there where it was injected at the bump turned white it's kinda hard to eat or drink something without my lip hurting I thought that their only allowed to numb the gums not

My doctor thinks I am a good candidate for the platelet injection. Can you tell me about the possible effects following the injection? Increased soreness etc. Currently there is pain while walking and any flexon, extension too. I am an active and healthy person who loves to hunt and be in the outdoors.I am still lifting upper body weights and have discontinued all cardio. and lower body weight lifting. Any info you have will be appreciated.

some blood did come out, but now on this day it looks as though it could be a wart on my lip, it has the white area like a wart, there is a hole in the middle of it (an injection site), maybe it could be a bug bite ? ive been putting ACV and neosporin on it. not sure what to do. in the pics u cant really see the white circle but i assure its there (maybe in the last pic you can see it, be sure to scroll down). i am pressing my tongue against my lip to try to get it more exposed.

Hello there, everyone is different. You will start to feel better the first week you don't have to take the interferon injection but better as far as how you feel on the meds. system. I imagine that the new tx only being 12 weeks vs the old 24 48 72 will help you feel better much faster than it used to be. I remember my doctor telling me I would feel better in 3 months but it isn't an actual number as much as a slow progression of feeling better.

In the process, a shooting electric like shock went through my lower jaw. He explained this was because he had hit the nerve but it would be alright. Since then, I have been back to him complaining of pain in my teeth along my lower jaw. The only relief I get is from ibuprofen.

I was never advised of the risks of this surgery (that I could have permanent nerve damage or that I would be left with a huge ball like scar in the center of my lip. In December of 2020 I had bilateral jaw surgery. After a couple months of recovery, I noticed that my lower right lip, chin, and the skin over my right cheekbone were all experiencing some form of numbness. I had cervical decompression and anterior fusion surgery 11/16/07. My recovery has been pretty good. My x-rays show good fusion. However I am now experiencing similar pain in my neck, shoulder and upper arm just like before my surgery. I have been fairly pain free since my surgery so this is very scary. I have shared this with you on this site and, as those of you who have experienced this, there are many helpful creams, etc. I have kept my nails real short, but scratching feels soooo good (you know what I mean). I took my 64th and final injection Saturday night, 5 more days of brain fog pills and I am done. This past few weeks have felt like a few months. While kissing, he kind of grabbed my upper lip and bit it, and a small wound appeared either on my upper gum line or on my upper-inner lip (can't remember). I was given an intrathecal injection of pain medication as part of my anethesia plan and they did say it takes a bit longer after that injection. Not to be too graphic but I just don't have any sensation that you would normally have when you need to have a bowel movement. Lots of bloating. I still have numbness in left lower lip. the left bottom wisdom tooth gave dentist a problem and he has to drill almost 5 or 6 times to get the tooth in pieces.
