Common Questions and Answers about Lidocaine and alcohol

Avatar n tn I am a 25 year old female and I had a seizure while having dental work done about 3 weeks ago. I had been given lidocaine and nitrous oxide. Following the appointment, I went to a neurologist and had a CT scan and an MRI done. Both showed no brain abnormalities. I had eclampsia 4 years ago and had seizures which resulted in the early delivery of my child. Aside from my seizures 4 years ago, I had no previous history of seizure disorder.

Avatar n tn I had the Merina IUD inserted a week ago and I am still experiencing heavy cramping and spotting. If so, what are your experiences with it?
Avatar n tn I was prescribed Topamax along with an appetite suppressant (Adipex) for weight loss a bit over a year ago and stopped taking them after two and a half months. I did not lose all of the weight I had wanted to, but most of it. I had gained 55 pounds while on Paxil over the course of two and a half years. By taking a combination of the two medicines, I lost 22 pounds the first month, 10 pounds the second month, and 8 pounds the first half of the third month.
198419 tn?1360245956 The inside of my arm deltoid area pinches, then itches, then burns. I've had this on and off, but never this long. Kept me up all night, and it's still not gone. You think it's MS related, or did my husband bring home the chiggers from the woods. He said no, that I'd have bumps if it were chiggers. If I said I wanted to rip the skin off my arm would I sound dramatic, lol? Seriously, making me nutty.

Avatar n tn I have had every test, given what seems to be gallons of blood and am being told that my heart is chemically and physically healthy, but this is just something that I will need to live with. In this day of medical miracles, etc., I have a hard time thinking that I just have to live with this, but if that is the way it is, so be it. My question is this, I am wondering if there are any vitamins, etc., that I can take that may help these to not be so bad.

Chronic cutaneous exposure to solutions containing lidocaine and epinephrine? Which of the following can be triggers and should be avoided?

I too must keep going to the acupuncturist and it is helping slowly. Diet is the key, please research Candida which is the diet that I try my best to stick to. My new mantra is that food is medicine and my diet is crucial right now.
Avatar n tn HELLO. Many of the symptoms listed are very familiar to me, and had I not ended up at an allergy specialist that recognized that my symptoms had very little to do with allergies, I would be totally, disfunctionally sick by now. Avatar n tn For the last 6 months I have been getting tearing (look like paper cuts) in my vaginal area (1/4 to 1/2 inch long). Inside the vaginal lips on the sides almost always in the crease (between the labia minora and majora?) 2. Between the anus and vaginal opening (perineum) 3. Above the clitoris in the "hood" area.

Avatar f tn The real issue here is that now, after three days, I am experiencing extremely uncomfortable sensations that feel like pins and needles in addition to the fact that the burn hurts to touch, is hot, and red (although some redness has now gone away and some of the heat radiating from the burn has subsided). Is this normal for a sunburn? I haven't had enough of them to know really.
