Runnning nose and watery eyes and i have taken levocetirizine dihydrochloride 5mg... it seems better but my head has become heavy after taking the medicine.. please advice and can i take steam ? what are the precautions that needs to be taken ?

yes yes, I am clean from Vicoden, Antidepresants but still am using a sleep aid, have been using over the counter meds for sleep since the 80's then went to prescription sleep aid and now I only sleep 3 or 4 hours using them.
