I haven't taken any of the meds you're on, but I did have ED problems when I took Zoloft. It was either the Zoloft or the Atenolol for blood pressure. At any rate they gave me Levitra and I haven't been troubled by it since. I noticed the problem almost as soon as they started me on Zoloft. I'm not on Zoloft anymore but it isn't because of the ED. The levitra worked well for me.

I think you diagnosed your own problem - Viagra, Cialis & Levitra all work by increasing blood flow to the penis, then you add the Nitric Oxide booster & L-Arginine, which ALSO increase blood flow, and you just overdid it. As they say, honesty's the best policy, just be upfront about it & tell your GF what happened, you're in pain, etc., and just say look, I need to take it easy for a week or 2 & I'm sure she'll understand.
It would take a lot of stimulation just to get even a soft erection which would quickly fail within a minute or two. We attributed that to worry from the lump, but going to the doctor and finding it to be a harmless cyst did not improve things.
