When you say rib pain, do u mean in the general chest area? I have also been having rib pain and breast pain. Sometimes it feels like it is coming from the breast and sometimes from outside the breast. I also get pain in my back just behind the breast too. I have been to the doctors for the breast painna nd got a mammo and US done but nothing was found. I am still very worried about it though because i suffer through it everyday.
I am a 24-year old male and about a week after Thanksgiving, I started to get this pain behind my left breast and in the rib cage area underneath the breast itself. Anyways, I really started to notice the pain especially when I breathed in or either put my arm up, raised it above my head, or put my arms in front of my body. The pain would really hurt around the left breast when I made those movements.
I sniffled and while I sniffled it felt like there was a hand raped around my top left rib tight under the breast was being pulled down and like there was a hole there were my rib is. Though that was actualy more to the side so beside my breast on the rib and it hurt like that every time I sniffled. Over the day the pain moved down to right below the breast. And now it really qite hurts. Well it isn't hurting non stop it's more like when I lean backwards a bit or just a random times.
My CT and Bone scans came back clear (taken June 07) I am always doing breast checks, but also started examining my whole breast bone and ribs area. I have noticed that my first and second ribs on my left side protrude more near the sternum on the left hand side. The breast cancer was in my right breast.
hello i kep getting this weird pain.
I noticed that if i move suddenly fast or bending in whatever direction it triggers the movement/pain in the left rib cage and i can really feel a movement of something with a severe pain and had to deal with it by myself (if am alone) taking minutes to figure out or wait until the bump will move back to its place.
hi every thing i have read is from 2003 or 2004 i am having the pain in left side under rib cage and have had just about all tests done they say that after i started taking the prilosic the pain should of went away it didnt he had gave me some hydros for the pain awile back and they helped a little bit so i think they think im drug seeking wich im not so ill just keep going back till they figure it out and take ibprofen for pain wich makes it worst sometimes but i dont want them thinking im drug
More towards my rib cage, I know what indgestion feels like, and it feels nothing like it, I havent even been eating as much as usual, I get hungry but can't even get through a full meal before the pain comes..

My friend is a female and she is in a situation of having pain under her left breast. She says that it's a type of stabbing pain. She is not experiencing any short of breath symptoms nor sweating. The pain comes and goes at random times. What could be causing it?

I recently had my CT scan completed. Results came back in the normal range. The doctor also did blood work to check for liver and pancreas enzymes; normal too. Today I played basketball for a couple of minutes; I have terrible pain near left rib cage now. It's pulsating and burning as we speak. It's so bad it is radiating to my shoulder. Recently, I had a cousin, who is 50, be diagnosed with stomach cancer. He too had pains for years, look where he is now.
Im 28 w pregnant and lately I've had a sharp pain under my left breast almost everyday and when i lay on my left side is this bad? I don't think it's my baby kicking..... Is anyone having the same problem?
I've got a slightly pain on left breast and armpit, the breast pain is about a year now and i went to see my Dr and he did not find any lumps or signs of breast cancer but I am really concerned about this.
I'm 26weeks pregnant and have been having rib pain for a week now.. I went to get it checked but the Dr said its just pulled muscle but I haven't done anything strenuous to pull that part of my body. The pain goes from under my right breast, to my sides leading to right under my right shoulder blade. I could be sitting down or laying down and I would feel that intense pain... Anyone going through something like this but have a different diagnosis?

So I woke up this morning at about 3am and had a sharp piercing pain under my right breast on my rib. The pain has eased off and it's not sharp now but it's still there and aching. The left side when you push you can feel rib on the right it's abit squishy then ribs. So I don't know if there is fluid or what's going on. I have a ante natal app tomorrow and will ask but has anyone else had this? Could the baby have bruised me on the inside?
