I had EVRF Laser treatment in mid June (2 months and 3 weeks at the time of this post), to remove my greater saphenous vein.

Basically your treatment options are observation only, retinal laser treatment, and Lucentis/Avastin injections. The actual best treatment will depend on your individual findings. If you have a true ischemic CRVO (and not just a partial CRVO, or non-ischemic CRVO) you overall prognosis for visual recovery is very, very bad. Often, visual acuity end up at 20/200, 20/400 or worse. I've seen a few very unusual cases that did better, but that is not the norm.

Again I consult with second, he prescribed me mentioned above, But I read from Internet that Isotretinoin has many side effects including hair fall, so I neglect that dosage of Isotretinoin by afraid , only azithromycin took for 6 days. Pimples are reduced to some extent but they are leaving scars on face. Is HH fudic cream will work for both pimples and scars ?
