Before removing any moles, it is highly recommended that you have them evaluated by a dermatologist to determine if a biopsy is needed to rule out cancer. Depending on the depth and size of the mole, some moles are better excised surgically. Superficial moles are best removed with laser treatment. Creams and the like are not usually recommended for large and deep moles.
It is also important to be reminded of the "A,B,C,D', Es" of melanoma.

Other treatments I am thinking of are Bio T for my moles and super cop and chemical peels and copper peptides and all that for the moles, red burn pigmentation, and keloids. Laser surgery is actually a last resort for me.
Can you guys tell me what you know about the products and natural remedies I've mentioned here. I'm on a mission until I get this stuff fixed and I have $13, 000.00.
My question for you is should I go to a laser surgeon for this? Also, does laser surgery get rid of small flat moles like what I have? I have lots but I also have 13,000 dollars and am willing to spend every penny to have clear skin. Or else I'm never going to live my life. I've also seen this stuff; pixie dust that can grow back limbs. I figured I would chop my arm with the scars on them off and regrow my arm with pixie dust.
My concern is that treating this birthmark with a laser will possibly cause damage to this highly sensitive part of the body. Another concern of mine is that once treated, it will return.

A mole regrown after removal will show atypia.A dysplstic mole sometimes show severe atypia.There is lot of confusion about nomenclature,but this is not a melanoma.However your consultant may like to remove it with a border.My knowledge about melanomas are restricted,but this is the baseline and the broader picture.Do get the expert column reply.

It is very common for the moles to regrow at the excision site shortly after removal or years later. The mole cells below the cut surface of the removal site can also cause re-pigmentation of the removal site to a shade much darker than that of the removed mole. This is more common in young and after shave excision of the mole. For this excision of moles with the skin underlying them is sometimes recommended. This technique is often referred to as elliptical mole excision.

This could also be recurrent naevus or reappearance of pigment in the scar following surgical removal of a mole as in shave biopsy. Have this checked by your dermatologist for proper management. If the biopsy is fine, there is nothing to be worried about. If a mole changes size, shape or color, or a new one develops in adult life it should be evaluated further to rule out melanoma.
