Common Questions and Answers about Laser liposuction how it works

Avatar n tn I too had lumpiness/waviness from prior liposuction in my abdomen as well as my inner and outer thighs. I had a second liposuction procedure done using fat grafts attempting to correct this problem. As it made some minor improvements, I still won't expose my tummy to anyone. I'm getting lipodissolve done on Friday and am scheduled for a total of 4 sessions 8 weeks apart. They are also doing some skin tightening using a laser which will also help with the wavy appearance.
Avatar f tn Neither is liposuction surgery or laser liposuction. Women have died as a result of liposuction surgery which is major surgery. I wouldn't recommend liposuction sugery, laser or otherwise to any woman or man for that matter. Laser surgery is still surgery. Have you ever seen a video of a liposuction procedure. It's horrifying. The after effects can include infections, burst veins and other life threatening repercussions.
Avatar n tn If you have a Medi Weightloss Center near you they can help. They inject you with an MIC and B6 injection weekly and it works. It costs $70 per week, but within 5-6 months people have dropped 118+ pounds. The MIC injection is a micture of methionine, inositol, choline, chromium and B12. You have to follow a diet as well which the first 3-4 days is 500 calories of protein only.
199177 tn?1490502134 Well, I had Plastic Surgery, and I have to be honest and say if I had it to do overagain, I wouldn't do it. I had a Breast Augmentation and Liposuction when I was 37. I have "Silicone" Implants, and I got mine put in right before they came out with all that bad information about Silicone. the Lipo was really a nightmare. The Surgeon said that the pain wouldn't be too bad and I'd be back to work in a week. Well for me that was not so. The Pain was awful.
Avatar n tn There are reports that it assists skin contracture. I do not know how well this works for removal of the breast glandular tissue in treating gynecomastia. Currently the state of the art treatment for gynecomastia is a combination of liposuction of fat and surgical excision of the breast glandular tissue, although in some cases liposuction alone is effective.
Avatar n tn I just made an appointment for lipodissolve -any comments or suggestions, It is for inner & outer thighs and i am curious on how the results are and how long they take.
Avatar n tn RE: Accent Laser Treatment by Alma Lasers (Ft. Lauderdale, FL) -vs- Lippodissolve I'm 4Real when I say "I'VE FOUND THE ANSWER FOR PEOPLE WITH MILD-MODERATE CELLULITE AND LOOSE SKIN" It's called Accent Laser Treatment. Had my 1st treatment on Friday, March 2, 2007 in Philadelphia and OMG I saw an immediate improvement. FDA approval expected any day now. There are only 90 units in the U.S. so expect to travel if you're desperate, like I was.
Avatar f tn Though I don't go completly down on my knee just enouph untill I feel the stretch the lower I got it works the but mussels the higher it works my thighs. Oh and I hold possition fo 10seconds and do this for 2 minutes and add more of these on after every week! Third step Get on my hands and knees. Put one leg out strait and lift it as high as I can and hold for 10 seconds then switch legs. I do 10 of these on each leg.
179530 tn?1368940203 After I bought my rebounder I found so much information about how and why it works and all about the lymphatic system, formerly known as the circulatory system. Rebounding and the lymphatic system go hand in hand. Lymphatic system, white blood cell formation, inflamation, wather retention...felt like I was getting a Master's degree in this subject area. And, all I wanted to do was bounce away!
Avatar n tn Plus, not sure I completely trust buying something to inject into myself from overseas. Just a bit of afraid of it. How much are they charging you for your treatments?
Avatar f tn theyre a good thing..majority rules) 2) Does it get bigger as I get older? 3) How can i fix it? 4) and I heard about the lypo solution BUT I would STILL have a problem bec other than the fat tissues my Pubic Bone IS half the problem..as its prominent and looks like a hump when lying straight on my back.. So Is there a surgery for that?
Avatar f tn com there is alot of info on the site about how the diet works and a manual to do it, i guess its the biggest thing right now, i can definetly see why, it flat works! !!!!
Avatar f tn Do they have you put on a topical numbing agent before the treatment - some do not; it is better to have it. 6. How closely spaced (in distance) are the injections - there are different approaches, not sure which is better, ours are half inch. 7. How many treatments will it take to see results - if they say guaranteed results in one treatment, run for the hills. Evidence seems to show somewhere between 5 and 10% will not respond to the treatment.
Avatar n tn i am interested in geting lipodissolve, but i want to know if it is worth it. Is the pain worth it? how fast are results after the first dose is there a change??
Avatar f tn Several years ago when I was about 25, a plastic surgeon told me he wouldn't remove it because it would cause too much nerve damage. But now after hearing how many of you DID get it removed I am going to look into it again. It starts to get sore and bigger about 10 before my period is due and lasts until I get it. Now that's a big chunk of the month to be sore!! I hate it!
Avatar n tn back down now to reg weight but I should have just went for reg. liposuction, less pain and only 1 time....I sure hope it works for you, this is just my experience...
Avatar n tn The moral of this story. No matter how much you want it you just can't go back. It just is not the same no matter how much you want it to be. I really mourn the thought of that. I really do. Please dont think anything you say comes off silly. If I was worried about that I sure as hell would not have posted most of what is above up there! Hang in there Vicky, and dont go to far away. Oh Vicky, C'mon just throw one band or two at me PLEEEEASE. Take Care Buddy! Marcie!
