Even a 20% decrease in my already bad vision would make me unable to drive, photograph etc. He assured me it is routine and low risk, but Las Vegas isn’t known for its quality of medical care. Fusidic acid and minocycline are both antibiotics which are used for the treatment of acne. Treatment options include topical and oral antibiotics, topical retinoids, hormonal therapy, dermabrasion , phototherapy and laser resurfacing. Normally a combination of treatments is followed and if nothing proves effective then dermabrasion and laser therapy are useful. You can discuss these treatment options with your dermatologist.

Doctor has prescribed Bacitracin Ophthalmic Ointment USP and Systane. He says it is a matter of dry eye. I live in Las Vegas. However, I have faithfully used the ointment for over a week, and I don't see an improvement. I replaced the Systane with another dry-eye drop because the Systane seemed to irritate my eye further. I'm reaching the point of sheer terror, and the appearance of my eye is effecting the work I do.

I am in St George, Ut and my PCP offered to refer me to an NS in Las Vegas or in SLC, I chose SLC because I have 3 family members who work in the new hospital where the NS is. I am not sure if there are any Chiari specialists in LV, but after my NS visit in SLC, I have decided to get another opinion from the Barrow Neorological Institue in Phoenix. 1) What is the current and most effective treatment for Acne Inversa? (Most of my reading online was from relatively dated material) I have been taking Accutane for approximately one month and have so far not seen any favorable results. I have also read that Accutane does little for Acne Inversa. Is there truth to this?
2) I have read that Carbon Dioxide Laser Ablation may be just as effective as skin grafts, however, it was an emerging treatment.
