I get acid reflux several times a month....its usually will last about a week and then its ok for a week or so...sometimes I don't have it for months and then its back. ve been reading up on these forums about home remedies...And one in particular said that a QUICK and IMMEDIATE fix is put a pinch of cayenne pepper and strain it many times in warm water...then perform an eye wash...Is this okay to do??
