which seems like a great resource. I've tried QBC (quercitin, bromelein, Vitamin C) mixes and had some luck with those, but only if I remember to take them all the time.
I have had a chest, sinus cold going on four weeks now with intermittent laryngitis. I have been on a course of Levaquin 2 weeks ago and am still sick. Prior to this cold I had another cold and was on a Z pac, can't seem to get any better... Never had a fever, just productive cough raising green phlegm.. Should I be working about my immune system at this point?
Hi, I'm 35 feeling depressed, hopeless, anxious. I don't enjoy doing things like I used to and this scares me. I'm married, mother of 2 and I don't even have the emotional strength to do fun things. Unfortunately I doubt there is anything you can do for having to go more frequently. Lol its just going to get worse from here on out!
Is it safe to take natural stress relief eg "Bach rescue remedy" without it affecting 30mg taken for depression/anxiety? Also can u use such products as the rescue remedy for a quick fix if you've taken 5mg diazepam already that day?
As someone who is still recovering from acid reflux laryngitis, I will say that it took MONTHS for my voice to return. My laryngitis started in October 2009 and continued into April 2010 with slight improvements starting in late February. When I was first diagnosed as acid reflux causing my laryngitis, I was told it would take at least three months to get my voice back.
However I have been sick a few times since then and every time the virus turns straight into terrible laryngitis. Before the surgery I very rarely ever got laryngitis but now it comes on so easily and lasts for a while. Is there any reason that this would be connected to my thyroid surgery? Wondering if this is still part of the healing process or not? Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you!
