Since I stopped, at first I was slightly tired but for the past few weeks I feel exhausted. At first I thought it was something else but now I think it's not working out. Has anyone else experienced something like this where you feel light headed and get headaches and are it's constantly tired.

Avatar f tn I had to workout yesterday ( I workout with my husband at his cardiac fitness ctr-he has to workout there, and they gave us a great rate if we came together)...because I know I will have to tell them, and they will put the monitor on me--they will do this for free just to watch. They know from my doctor that my palpitations are benign, but they want to have me wear the monitor when working out anyways.. It will be a totally miserable workout because my heart will go nuts..

Avatar f tn -hiking -stationary cycling – the best! You can see how fast you go and you can change levels of resistance to adjust to your level of fitness. Remember it got to feel like you are really working. Cycle as hard as you can go for 2-3minutes and then switch to stretching and then go back to cycling. -step climber by analogy must work wonders as well. But I do not own one and never tried to use it.

Avatar f tn Add intensity to one workout per week. Five or 6 intervals for 2 or 3 minutes at your 10 K pace ought to do it. Ideally this workout is done on a 400 meter track so you can time your intervals and monitor your progress; however you can also just use a watch and a flat stretch of road. Four to six of these workouts should be enough to make a difference in your 10K time. Finish one of your easy runs with 4 or 5 striders.
193609 tn?1292180293 I currently workout at Anytime Fitness! I love it and would recommend it to everyone! All the cardio machines have a 13 inch TV on them, and have the Dish Network! I love working out there and their weight machines are great! I also just started Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred! that 30 minute video will kick your butt!! I recommend that to anyone that gets bored after a while...this video is short and to the point!!!

Avatar n tn I am 26 years old and just got diagnosed with Sacroiliitis and Ankylosing Spondylitis. I have to be very careful when I workout or else I cannot move the next day. I can't seem to find a fitness instructor who seems to understand this, all they push is for me to work harder and do things I just cannot physically do.
