8927222 tn?1415432715 I'm pretty sure a belly band or stretchy shapewear won't give you the support you need. I got a support belt from amazon for $12. It doesn't have a brand and I'm pretty sure its from China. It came in xxxl. You can also try a heating pad on your back if you are in pain.
5739386 tn?1378836460 I find the cotton non spaghetti strap tank tops cover my bump and moat of my hips still. They are like 3 for ten and come up to an xxl I believe. Worth looking into.
Avatar m tn upon leaving they gave me a foam knee brace and sent me on my way. When I got home and tried on the knee brace I found out it was way to large (XXL) to the point of it being almost comical (I'm 130 lbs., maybe if I was a NFL running back it would fit.
Avatar f tn I will be doing a lot of traveling this summer, lots of airports; does an orthopaedic boot support both knee and ankle? I use Voltaren gel and take Tramadol twice a day.
Avatar f tn So I got slippers today easy to slid on I have a floor length skirt a few pairs of yoga pants a pair of sweat pants three tank tops three men's xxl button ups a head ban hair ties and hair clips. Tomorrow we are gonna get travel bottles for shampoo and gentle body wash as well as facial wipes and feminine wipes. I have heavy pads and underwear two sizes larger. What else for mommy do I need.
Avatar f tn Different brands are made different just like regular pants. I have some where I am a large, some xl and some xxl.
Avatar n tn Hi all, I am not sure why I am writing down all this. I guess I am looking for some support. It's been almost 5 months now since my high risk exposure. The anxiety gets worse and worse, so I finally decided to go back to my home country to do the final test. I've been tested negative after one week and 39 days. It didn't really give me much relieve. rather the opposite: I got so anxious that I couldn't go to a further test.
Avatar n tn Never wore maturnity clothing I bought myself a xxl man jogging pants and wore them all the time... lol shirts aswell....
Avatar m tn Because of the atrophy in my leg, I will have to wear a brace for the rest of my life and this brace seems to be the one that gives me the most support. I hope your knee is better and you do not have to wear a brace indefinitely but if you do, I recommend the Donjoy Defiance III. It is a custom fitted brace. Your doctor should be able to help. Best wishes to you and stay positive. You'll be fine...
Avatar f tn Otherwise, in future to prevent the same thing happening, ensure you are using the right size condoms (he might think he needs XXL condoms.. but maybe not), and that your partner is withdrawing from your vagina immediately after ejaculation or as soon as he feels he is losing his erection. I once had to fish a condom out with forceps in the emergency room, don't let that be you!
Avatar f tn See your chiropractor, seriously, I have a knee that does that, he works on it and it is fine. In the mean time, try wearing a knee brace to give it support.
Avatar f tn Target had one pair of shorts that go up to XXL (20/22) that they had in store...other than that online is all I have found...
Avatar f tn It depends on what you consider "plus" sized! I consider even the the xxl at target and old navy to run small. Motherhood usually has a small selection of 1x, 2x, & 3x clothing. I also had some success on ebay. Some things are new, with tags on there.
8623280 tn?1399437316 I recently went out and bought XXL ones. Hope they feel better on me.
20909564 tn?1624320701 What Strength and Length of support hose are prescribed after Varithena? Why does Venaseal not also require it? Note that even the lightest-support knee high's cause me rebound pain upon removal of the hose, and if it goes over the knee (and above), my circulation is permanently affected.
Avatar f tn You could try using a knee brace for additional support and avoiding exercise. It would be best to discuss the situation, the management plan and the expected, prognosis in detail with your treating orthopedician. Hope this is helpful. Take care!
647391 tn?1275016633 This is because of damage to the knee and missing cartilage. What is your thoughts as to someone my age having knee replacement surgery. Also, what is the quickest recovery you have seen for someone with knee replacement surgery?
Avatar f tn I just had knee surgery on July 24th, so I have been on Hydrocodone (5-325) for about a month now. Saturday was my last day on them and I am feeling the effects. They are not as bad as coming off of Tramadol, thank god! All day yesterday I was hot and cold and feeling sluggish. I went to bed fine but woke up at 2am this morning wide awake. I have never had withdrawals from Hydrocodone before. What are some things that will help get this out of my system sooner?
Avatar m tn ), then obviously you need to see a doc about perhaps a brace or whatever it would take to help support that weak knee. A sports injury doc might be your best bet, they are so very good at diagnosing your sort of problem, they are always closely associated with physical therapy people, and they could order a brace, just everything you need. Or your own regular physicians could easily determine what is going on, a scan might reveal a joint problem, or just a regular exam of you.
Avatar f tn Wrap the knee with ace bandage or black knee support until u can get to the doc. does your knee crack? Take ibuprofen as directed for swelling. Hope you can get to the ER or doc soon.
Avatar m tn My left knee always pops while my right knee never pops. Also, the left knee pops about 40 times a day when i am standing. So my questions are 1. Why does only one knee pop? 2. What does all this popping mean?
Avatar n tn Do you have access to a gym? Or is this for at home exercises without any equipment?
Avatar m tn Almost a year and a half ago my boyfriend started to experience chronic knee pain. In February of last year he had a knee surgery to remove a hematoma and clotted blood and dead tissue. Since that surgery his knee has only gotten worse. He has been to every specialist you can think of and has been on extremely high amounts of pain medication with no relief.
