So I have a small Yorkshire terrier. She's my baby girl, and I've had her for about 3 years now. I'm also 33 weeks pregnant and since I've hit week 30, she's been acting really strange. She's gotten clingier, follows me to the bathroom, watches my every move. Shes always on my lap and sniffing my belly. I know by now that she for sure knows I'm pregnant. She was one of the first to sense it, but her behavior now is just a little weird.
How or why did my 12 year old Miniature Yorkshire Terrier die on route via air transportation? She weighed 2 kilos, and has been blind due to cataracts for the last 4 years, but can still move about really well, slowly and surely. Other than that, she was healthy and could be quite lively most times.

Lilly is a 9month old yorkshire terrier. On friday i noticed that she was picking up her back leg whilst running, but when walking she is fine on 4 legs. She puts weight on the leg, sits on it, lies on it, she is still jumping up. When my boyrfriend touches the leg she is fine, when i touch it to see whats wrong she snaps at me. (She is my dog) but only occaisionally, almost like a child who pretends their ill and forgets to say oh that hurt but will do it next time.

My vet suggested florentero every day for my Yorkshire terrier who seems to have chronic diarrhea. I think it is making things worst. He eats Orijen and I am trying to transition him to Acana grainfree Wildprairie (less protein) but the bouts of diarrhea are taking a toll on him and the vet just prescribes antibiotics but that doesn't seem like the answer.
I am very worried about my Yorkshire terrier. A few days ago, during cold weather, she appeared to be shivering all the time, lethargic, and not jumping around as usual, but she continued to eat as normal (no upset stomach symptoms either).
I took her to the vet and the vet said some dog breeds have seizures, but that unless other symptoms developed, not to begin series of testing.
Anyways the stool sample showed 3+ coccidiosis parasite in my 9 year old Yorkshire Terrier. I am still bringing him to the specialist but my vet says it is impossible my dog has had this for an extended period and said my dog must be ill to have gotten this puppy parasite. Is this true. My dog has not been feeling well for 2 years!!!!!!!!
I am taking care of my neighbors' dog while they are away. He is a yorkshire terrier. He hasn't eaten in two days and I don't know whats wrong. He seems to be loosing his balance sometimes but not falling over. He is an older dog. He had a little diarhhea. My mom suggested maybe he is lonely because his father just died but I don't think so because that was a few months ago and I have taken care of him since then and he was fine.
My 11 year old female Yorkshire Terrier was diagnosed via a needle biopsy to have a mast cell tumor on the chest. Surgical removal to biopsy it was recommended to further diagnosis and recommend treatment. Since that visit, I had her hair cut (since it was very long and difficult to find the original mass) so I could body check her. I found two more lumps on her chest that seem suspicious to me. If these are cancerous, it is a huge area that they will have to cut out of her chest.
Hi I have a yorkshire Terrier....was given to my by a freind. I know from reading up on them that are not suposed to sweat. Mine does. I give her a bath most every week. But, to no avail she is still sweating. There is a strong oder too. I just don't know what can be wrong? Can you please tell me if this is somethig I can take care of or is this a visit to the vet?
