Not sure if anyone's mentioned this here already, but in case not, I wanted to share this great resource. It's called AXS Map, and was created by Jason DaSilva, the filmmaker who premiered his film about life with MS, called When I Walk, at Sundance this year.
Anyway the gist of it is that anyone can go to the website www.axsmap.com (or look up the mobile app) and enter reviews about the accessibility of various restaurants, govt buildings, medical facilities, shopping malls, etc.
