Maybe spring for one of those inflatable donut pillows to sit
on if
it helps relieve some of the
pressure.
Changing positions frequently can help too. If you’ve been sitting for a few hours, get up. If you’ve been on your feet, sit for a while.
Gentle stretching can also help. When you feel discomfort, sit in a chair and cross one ankle over your knee. Bend forward at the waist slightly. That simple move will stretch and open up the pelvis and alleviate some of the discomfort you’re feeling.
