been having weird symptoms lately. very bad pain in neck which radiates into head and behind ear, internal vibrating, lightheaded, migraines and stabbing knife pains in my knee. cannot sleep at night. night sweats. please help!
I have sjogren's and fibromyalgia and spinal stenosis but dont feel these symptoms are related.

I have had on & off tooth pain for over a year in my left lower jaw & a bit of the upper. My dentist has said twice there are no dental problems. I have also had high blood pressure for bout the same time. I ve been under a termendous amount of stress as well & have extra weight on. Is there any way this on and off tooth pain can be a heart condition and if so what kinds? If so and i need t see a doctor what kiind of test should i be asking for. Thank you.

I think what you're experiencing is called Runner's Knee (Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome)
The knee is a complex joint. It includes the articulation between the tibia and femur (leg and thigh) and the patella (knee cap) and femur. The most common knee problems in running relate to what is called the "patellofemoral complex". This consists of the quadriceps, knee cap and patellar tendon.
SO I AM HAVING PRETTY EXTREME PAIN ONLY WHEN KNEEING ON LEFT KNEE--USUALLY DOMINATE KNEE THAT I ALWAYS KNEE ON WITH ALL MY WIEGHT ON FIRST. DOESNT HURT TO WALK ON OR BEND OR ANY OTHER MOTION. RECENTLY I CAN FEEL SENSATIONS FROM A LITTLE BELOW MY KNEE LIKE "PINS AND NEEDLES" BUT VERY SLIGHT. I CAN LIGHTLY TOUCH BELOW CENTER OF KNEE AND FEEL SAME PAIN WITH VERY LITTLE PRESSURE LIKE A SLIGHT RUB.
I twisted my knee and when it happen I heard and felt a pop on the inside of my knee. Also, now when I walk, I have pain and crackling on the outside, under the knee. When I am walking and I have to turn or piviot, I get a pain that runs the inside of my knee. And now I can just be standing there and my knee feels like it is really loose and feels like I hyperextended in, the knee pushes back. How ling should I wait to go to the doctor or should I continue to try and heal it myself.
Ever since then I cannot knee on a certain part of that knee. If I do I get a sharp, burning, stinging pain that quickly subsides once off the knee. I can walk and run on it fine, and have not experienced any swelling or other problems. I cannot feel any abnormalities on the outside. The pain is on top of the knee. Even pushing on a certain area it is is sensitive.

If the pain comes on bending the knee, then it could be due to Patellofemoral syndrome or runners knee. This happens due to mal-alignment of the knee cap on bending the knee (and hence any imaging study has to be taken with the knee bent), injury to the knee (you may have sustained while playing), flat feet, over tight or over lax muscles around the knee joint.
When you are, then you could figure out the perfect suitable treatment method by just going through adequate knee joint prognosis. Knee pain can be due to various situations and might result in serious soreness inside the knee if not treated. The soreness won't only have an effect on your body, but it might also affect your way of life.

Last thursday I had my right leg crossed over my left with my knee leaning against the edge of my desk while sitting. A coworker thought it would be funny to hit my knee. They hit me really hard right on the Vastus Medalius Muscle. It was originally just a little sore but over the next day or so i didn't feel any pain. Over the weekend I started to get more pain below my knee right on the Pes Anserinus Bursa that makes it painful to walk and run alot.
