Children experience different symptoms and generally have a more favorable prognosis.
Childhood arthritis is called juvenile arthritis. It can also be referred to as JRA, juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile idiopathic arthritis, JIA, juvenile chronic arthritis, and Still's disease.
