My wording may have been confusing, but I have been
working out for about six months now, and the
pain that I experienced about 3 months ago, was the pain in the back of my head and neck. At the time I figured strained muscle in my neck, or I did not breath right, so I didn't work out for a while and i was fine. Now, about 2 days ago, I get a massive headache AS SOON as i start working out, no pain in my neck, just a massive headache.
