I got my ultrasound yesterday morning, and I guess the woman doing the ultrasound pushed on me too hard. Even while getting it done, there would be times where I would be in a lot of pain. She said it's because she needed to see my sons kidneys. I feel really sore today, has this happened to anyone else?

Have gone back to doc complaining back still hurts and am fatigued. Had ultrasound-all good.
3 weeks ago hit with extreme pain. went to ER given pain med go home.
The pain is located right back, below right rib-sometime feels as if swollen. Pain never goes away completely, will intensify.
Pain also shifts location. Can radiate to left.Also pelvic tailbone area-like heat or pinched heat.
I didnt urinate until 5am the next morning and I just so happened to have something to catch it in IT was coffee colored I called the Doc and took it over, the strip said I had protein and bilirubin in my urine the pain management lady redid my UA and used that urine.

I'm 34 weeks and my kidneys are just killing me. I went to the bath room this morning and I had to pee so bad but it was like I was blocked off. I had a uti already with this pregnancy and I don't think that's what it is. The doc confirmed that I had got rid of it. Does anyone possibly know why my kidneys could be hurting so bad.
A day or so after that on one instance I noticed bloody spotting in underware and what appeared to be blood in tip of penis. Still have sore testicle. Today I found out that results were negative. Questions: Did I go for testing to early? Lab said that among other things they were testing for Gonorreah and Chlamydia. Would NGU show up in those tests? Should I be concerned?
I am having kidney pain for more than a year now, only in the morning while on bed, which wakes me up, as soon as i leave the bed it got relieved, all tests came negative which includes blood, urine, ultrasound, reports were clear, no sign of stone.
Hi. Wow, been going on for a long time. So, do you have the issues of a UTI like the burning when urinating? Or just abdominal pain? Could it also be related to your GI tract? Have they ever examined your kidneys? I have family on my husband's side that have had kidney issues. My niece had many UTI's. It turned out that she actually had three kidneys which sounds great, right? Well, it was causing problems.
For the past two or three morning I've woken up with a sore throat, so has my girlfriend. I live in TN and it's been getting cooler of the nights. Is this happening because the air is dry? I turned the A/C unit in my window on to only blow out air that's not very cold, just some circulation and I just poured water into a big bowl and sat it at the foot of the bed. Will this help? I have a dehumidifier somewhere. Should I bring it out too? Or is this even my problem?
Blood throughout urination is most likely from the bladder or kidneys or ureters (the tubes connecting the kidneys and the bladder).
Diagnostic tests that may be performed include Urinalysis, Urine culture, X-rays of the kidneys, Cystoscopy, IVP, Abdominal ultrasound and CT scan of the abdomen.
The treatment will depend on the cause of the blood in the urine.In my opinion,consultation of a urologist will be the best.

This is truly a bit of a balancing act between the kidneys and liver, but the kidneys are by far the greater priority. The fact that Scooby has been wagging his tail and jumped into the car is proof that he is still well enough to keep fighting.
Eating is crucial, as you know, so we need to look at maintaining and hopefully continue improving his weight. At the same time, we must guard against giving things that would further cause the kidneys to work too hard.
Hay doc. I've been getting stones for the past year . First time was may 7th 2012. I'm not to sure if I still have any but do your kidneys scare after one comes out?. I cant sit still for more then 5 mins. I'm 19. Ever since I had the first stone nearly every morning I feel sick. Sore tummie, head ack, dizzy. Could that be apart of my kidneys. ?
My RAH has been off the pain pills since Xmas. He is doing great. He does have legit pain issues tied to the fact that he has a very physical job. He is still having lingering anxiety issues. A friend of his who went thru an addiction several years ago advised him that Aleve is a good choice for his pain as it has something in it that seems to help with the jittery feelings. He has been using Aleve for about 1-2 wks for the pain.
A chancre sore, the sore you'd get with a new syphilis infection, is an open sore, but not all open sores ooze. It would look more like skin has been scooped out, and not like a pimple.
If you even think you have syphilis, you need to get this checked. Anytime you have any new symptoms, you should get checked.
There are other stds that can look like a pimple, so you should make an appt and get checked, if you have a pimple like sore.
My Shih Tzu, Cody, is one year old and in the early morning he vomits, usually a white or yellow fluid about three or four times a month. We have spaced his eating times evenly with supplimental snacks so he does not go too long without food. Cody presently eats Pedigree dry food with turkey, low fat ham and american cheese as snacks. He eats great with no health problems, the Vet recommends a very bland prescription dog food. Is there any other suggestions to eliminate the problem?
So I know what the pain feels like, and with my first pregnancy I got one bad kidney infection that I actually thought was me going into labor, until I got to the hospital and found out it was my kidneys. This pregnancy my kidney seems to always feel swollen. Especially once I start feeling like I have to pee. I can hardly get comfortable laying down because of it. I've never had kidney stones and would hope to not ever get them.

Medullary sponge kidney is a condition in which cysts develop in the urine collecting ducts and tubules of one or both kidneys. The exact cause is not known. The common symptoms are pain in the back, haematuria, excessive amount of calcium in the urine. The complications are kidney stones, infection and kidney failure. Treatment is usually symptomatic. Im being admited to the hospital cause one of my sons kidneys are larger than the other and he has fluid in his tummy, im only 34weeks and they may or may not keep him inside me. Has anyone had this problem? How can this happen to him? Im so sad about this:( my poor baby something can happen to him they said.
I had my first doctor appt today since my mc in august AND since finding out I'm pregnant again...I have been having unbearable back pain and so I mentioned it to my doctor and he said it doesn't sound muscular because heat, massage and stretching isn't helping, he said it could be something wrong with my kidneys, he got a urine test & blood work ordered which I will find out next week the results...has anyone experienced anything like this?
I'm nearly 9 weeks pregnant and in pain with my kidneys is this normal?
