Hi, i too have taken topamax I was on 200 mg for 3 years for chiari headaches and it didnt do anything for me as Selma said I too havent found a med that helps with chiari headaches and there are so many side effects like topamaz can cause kidney stones. I mean sometimes the treatment can cause worse problems. I have been put on zonigrine and its like topamax and its doing nothing for me so Im getting off of it. It too can cause kidney stones. Like we need anymore problems.

Hello everyone, I am currently sitting in a hospital on day 2 suffering from kidney stones. The stone passed yesterday thank god!(worst pain I have ever had in my life) this is my 3child and first time experiencing this.
