Avatar n tn In cases of hernia, a prominent bulge along with testicular pain is there and in cases of kidney or ureteric stones, pain during micturition may also be there. Lab investigations like complete blood examination, urine examination, ultrasound lower abdomen and sometimes a urethral swab will help in diagnosis. Treatment will be started thereafter. My advise would be to consult a urologist. I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

Avatar m tn Hi, I'm new to the forum and wasn't really sure where to post this. First off, I have never seen a doctor about this but will be going soon. For years, not sure how many but MANY i've had a pain in my left testicle. It's also larger and feels abnormal like it's not "all together". I do have a hernia on that side. I have a large lump in my lower abdomen above. The pain doesn't happen till it gets bumped or touched. The pain is on the lower backside of the testicle.
Avatar m tn When i am squatting while bathing, i notice that the right testicle does not stretch as low as the left testicle. Also, the right testicle seems to be more front (positioned further away from my body than the left testicle. Do you guys have any ideas what kind of problem this is? Thanks.

Avatar m tn i do recall my younger brother and i were messing around and he punched me down there, but that was like 1 week ago, i would have thought the pain would have passed by now??.... I have done reasearch and it all comes up with some kind of cancer or surgeory needed.. Cant you have sore testicles without some major problem??? call me stupid but we all have sore backs or necks and usually goes away within a few days to a week, so am i to worry???
Avatar m tn I had them before and recognized the pain on my right testicle. However I also had a stronger pain in my right lower abdomen, groin area and both sides of my lower back. They gave my anti-inflammatory and antibiotics but testing can negative for bacterial stuff. The pain did not go away, it fluctuates a lot and the lower back pain is the strongest with my right flank and groin line. Sometimes my urine stinks.... i don’t know if my drugs were doing that or not.
Avatar m tn I got paranoid with feeling things on my penis and went to the doc's 3days and 5 hours later. Got a g and c pee test and put on doxy 100mg bid for 10 days. Came back 2 days later and got a syph and hiv test too. All tests are negative and I finished the doxy. Had some irritation at the pee hole but think that was from me opening it and checking for discharge 5 times a day. That got alot better. Anyways things are going good and i'm feeling back to normal for a few days.
Avatar n tn I have had every urological test imaginable and when they were x-raying me for kidney stones they noticed my lower back around my lumbar-4 and lumbar-5 is deformed. They sent me to a spine specialist who sent me to an orthopedic surgeon who sent me to a pain management specialist. the pain management specialist has given me two spinal injections called nerve blockers. the first one helped for a day and the second one hasn't helped at all, in fact it caused me more pain.
Avatar n tn The pain didn't go away and after a day or so I noticed some pain in my left testicle. The pain was mostly on the top and back of the testicle. After about a week of this I decided that enough was enough and went to see my Dr. He said that he thought that it was an infection and that I also had a cyst on the top of my testicle right where the vas deferens meets the epididymis.
