Okay where do I start...i have had tinea versicolor for over 3 years now, it covers 100% of my chest and patches travel all down my abdomen into my groin, also down my arms and on my kneck and under my armpits. I feel like a giant walking yeast infection, and nothing I have used has even remotley weakened it at all, it seems to be immune to everything I have tried.

I’m a 20 year old female, and I have been dealing with tinea versicolor for going on 7 months. I’ve tried the shampoos and my doctor has prescribed me multiple rounds of fluconazole (spaced out between rounds) the rash went away after awhile, but I was not using the shampoo (I was using a natural soap on Amazon for tinea versicolor). Sadly, the rash came back after a month or so. I never stopped using that exact same soap, and I would shower normally 2-3 times a day (because I work out).
I Have Tinea Vesicolor under my breast area, neck, and back and ive been to the docotor several times but it always lighhtens and comes back. It doesnt really dissappear at all. Ive had creams foam even taken the pills what cant i do???

I got tested about 3 weeks after the encounter and it came up negative and the blotches were diagnosed as tinea versicolor. All of my stressing seems to come when i see something on google and i recently saw that tinea versicolor is a symptom of it..
Now after 3 weeks, the swollen lymph node is back....

It can be due to lentigo skin or tinea versicolor. Lentigo are flat brown lesions which do not darken following sun exposure. It is a small, sharply circumscribed, pigmented macule surrounded by normal-appearing skin. Tinea versicolor is a fungal infection of the skin caused by the yeast Pityrosporum ovale. This yeast occurs naturally on everyone's skin. When the yeast starts to multiply rapidly, it can form small colonies on the skin's surface.
Another reason - affects construction workers or people who work outside in hot climates - is tinea versicolor (or pityriasis versicolor) where people sweat on their skin and develop a fungal infection. Sunlight does not pass through the fungus so intermittent parts of their skin are tanned while others are lighter colored.
