Lately my urethra has been itchy from the base of the scrotum all the way throughout the penis. I have no other symtoms or discharge, just the itching. I have gotten treated for chlamydia about six months ago. I took zithromax to kill the bacteria. Other than that, my health is been generally fine. What are some possibilities or treatments for this? Is it safe to say the chlamydia is gone?
t actually back until the end of this week and I am concerned that it is actually Gonorrhea as I am sometimes itchy externally and was a little itchy internally but caneston relieved that for a while. My bum is also occasionally itchy but preparation has helped relieve that. I also had more pains that usual during my last period and have had slight abdominal pain. The chemist that treated me last time also does a Gonorrhea treatment but they insist on having the 1g Azithromycin for chlamydia.

Started valtrex again for suppressive treatment and sores have started clearing quickly . I still get the itchy feeling in penis and around anus some. It'a mild but is that normal ? I was tested for clymDia and gon and tests were neg. I also feel slight sensitivity in my upper thighs but no noticeable sores. I also noticed clear non odor discharge from penis but don't know it that's part of herpes or if I just never noticed as I don't usually look so closely.

If you feel a burning as you finish urinating and you have the urge to urinate frequently, you could have a urinary tract infection. Bacterial infections generally do not itch and have a very foul odor. Yeast infections do itch and produce a thick discharge It can be tainted with blood. But you need to be seen by a doctor to know what is going on sweetie That is your next step.
Then the skin on my penis became wrinkly. My scrotum became itchy, red and felt tingling sensation going through it. This started in december and is ongoing. The rash at one point became blotchy and dark red in areas. A pimple formed on my scrotum that hurt. It was swabbed for herpes and came back negitive. I have been tested for all std's, swab and blood work and came back negitive. Every doctor I have talked to says it looks like a fungal infection.
I went to my urologist and told him to run a test for trichomonas, he informed me that the other urine test i had done usually scan for the this. We ran another urine test anyway and the results came back negative again. This is the 3rd test and all negative. I still have a tingling/itchy urethra and can't find and answer why. This all stated the day after having unprotected sex.

I did not urinate until about an hour or so afterwards. The next morning/afternoon i started to get an itchy urethra right at the tip and also the frequent urge to urinate. I had no other symptoms.
