Hi, I recently moved to Florida and appear to be suffering from allergies. People have told me that the new area may be what's causing the problem. Last year I got sick twice and both times people were saying allergies could've been the culprit. This year (in early January) I started with an itchy throat. Back in December I had a problem with my ears itching (I assumed they were just dry and used Mineral Oil to ease the itching).
Hey ladies I was just wondering if it was common to feel sick like a cold or flu in very very early pregnancy. I am only a few DPO but have had a consistent headache and feel like I may be getting an ear infection on top of just that general sicky feeling. Any one else have similar experiences when they first became pregnant?

Completely normal, that's usually how people figure out they are expecting! I found out very early and that's only cause my breasts were killllling me. Everyone has different experiences and feelings. I didn't have any sickness nor did I ever feel sick but My sister felt sick and was puking her whole pregnancy.
There are certain viruses that will affect the baby, but most normal colds and bugs won't do any harm. I assume your Dr knew you were pregnant when you took your son in - if he wasn't concerned then you don't need to be either.

I go that same horrible itchy feeling at one point during my pregnancy. Dos and everyone else said stretch marks, BS! I had an allergic reaction to something. At first I thought it was prenatal vitamins, but it wasn't. I was miserable and had to take lukewarm showers. Sucked. thank god it only lasted 2 days. But I was so afraid it would come back that I was scared for weeks. But it didn't so that's why I think it was a hormonal change or some allergic reaction.
Always use condoms like I specified. This past weekend she started feeling sick started with an itchy throat and headache. She went to the Dr today and they prescribed her antibiotics. Earlier she had a sudden hot flash and became really sweaty and her head started hurting her again. I'm scared she may be experiencing early signs of herpes. Any advice would be much appreciated.
odds are you weren't tested for herpes so far during your pregnancy. it's still early enough in your pregnancy that you can seek out a type specific herpes igg blood test when you are seen too.
getting rid of bv can be a booger sometimes. call your obgyn today to see if you can be seen and get a full exam.
m having the folliculitis that still does not itch (though some area on my body itches but does not develop the folliculitis bumps) and as before, it appears one by one on different locations on my body, and then leaves a dark mark, as well as cough, runny nose and sore throat like throat but no fever swollen lymph gland nor anything happening on my genitals.

A lot of burning throughout my body like a sunburn. In the evening my feet felt like they were on fire. My neck and throat feel like something is wrong almost like my neck is getting stiff And my throat seems to be making it difficult for me to swallow. The ringing/noise in my ears is horrible. Same knots on my shins as last night and the burning, tingling, Numbness is more pronounced there, And in my toes and in my fingers.

And also I have been told by the doctor to take early HPT to determine pregnancy as early as possible. I have had a chemical pregnancy which doctor suspects was due to low progesterone as my BBT is always in the lower range than normal with a cycle of 25-26 days. So the sooner I know I am pregnant the easier it will be to keep the baby. I read many women's stories of rashes very early in pregnancy. Since this thing never happened to me before I started making assumptions.
Decmber 4th threw the 9th were my most fertile days and my ovulation, My partner and i had unprotected sex the 5th, 7th and 8th. It is now the 11th. Ive had 2 kids prior to this. Now im expirencing itchy tender breasts accompained with watery milky discharge, dizziness, mood swings (horrible) and sense of smell is hightened. It started to worry me so much so that I could not stop thinking about it as I’ve seen in some internet websites that sore throat was an early symptom of HIV. Our worries about such things are much higher than the western societies as we live in a South Asian Nation. After the sore throat was gone I had itchy feelings in my skin, mostly on my forehead, at the edge of my beard, on my neck, my arms.
