On Day 12 after incident, I had really itchy skin on my testicles (about 1 inch down from base of penis) . I made the mistake to scratch it and made the area red and inflamed. I applied nystatin in case it was fungal. Next day most of the redness is gone but still some patches of red skin where I scratched but no longer itchy nor painful and no signs of blisters or lesions. However, now the back of my testicles are now itchy but no signs of lesions or rash.
I am a 25 year old male. A few years back, I had symptoms of Chlamydia and my partner of 2 years was diagnosed and treated for it as well. I went to see the doctor, and this guy at the time was just a few years older than me, and he performed a urethral swab on me and told me he would be in contact with me when the results came in. I got the phone call to come back in and discuss the results.
I tested negative for both types of herpes. Now, 4 months later, I have developed 2 sores between my testicles and my leg. It is ~1cm long, and looks like a cut. It is not itchy. I have not had any sexual encounters except a HJ since.
My questions are:
1. What are the probabilities of having a recurrent infection worst than the first?
2. Are herpes infections symetric? (e.g. if I had a sore on one half of my body, would I have it on the other?)
3. Are herpes infections always itchy?

Hey, I have a itchy scrotum. In my genital area, i have these red looking pimples and they also seem to be somewhere really close to ma anus. I have also noticed some white dots on the underskin of my penis. I think i might have these dots on my testicles too .This is happening to me from the last 10 days. I wake up in the middle of the night and start scratching my scrotum( testicles). I apply creams such as Candid,Fucidin and Calendula to my pimples( in the genital area, even the testicles).
I'm not sure what country inspects one's testicles upon entry, but I believe it is fairly normal that one testical might be smaller than the other. you could ask you doctor to be sure.
I went to a massage parlor in Nov 2013. I took a body to body massage. Both myself and lady were without clothes. We both took bath separately before and after massage. t consider myself overweight. I have had very itchy testicles, from my scrotum to my testicles and a little on my buttocks. I started using an anti-fungal cream, however, found that it wasn't working. I went to the doctors and she had a quick look and prescribed me Nystatin for jock itch. I have no pimples, blisters or warts. I have been finding no relief from the Nystatin, and have been also using Gold Bond medicated powder in between morning and night treatments.
I suffer from constant itchy testicles even during the day, but more so at night...which lets me only sleep a couple of hours...Any reason for this? tried oils, lotions etc...with no help....sometimes seems to be more so the next day when I've gone out and had a drinks etc... anyone else had this???

I do understand your concern but before any diagnosis is made , a good medical history, complete physical examination and some diagnostic tests are need to be done.
During testicular examination, one may be able to palpate normal structures within the scrotal sac. These structures may be felt as lumps or masses.
Any redness or swelling in the area?
Any urinary symptoms ( pain in urination or increase in urinary frequency)?
Any problems with sexual response?
Hi I recently got a rash on my inner thighs and my groin area but now I seem to have an itchy redness on my japs eye and a weird scab on the head of my penis, I also have itchy red patches on my testicles, also I have a rash on my arms, lower kegs now and my belly button, could this all be connected or should I be worried about herpes, chlamydia etc? Any help would be appreciated, thank you!!!

I have recently gotten itchy, red & sore testicles, in between the folds on my testicles is wet, this wetness eventually covers my whole scrotum overnight or when I cant clean them. Hello, recently I have been getting itchy red bumps on my testicles and around my groin area. The bumps are small and are mostly on my testicles. I have never had sex before so I don't think that is an issue. Also I have been itching it with my hand and tiny bumps have been appearing around my fingers. They don't itch or bug me at all though. Sounds more like a reaction to the lotion you used. You changed the lotion you used and the next day red and itchy-sounds like they go together.

While showering today, I came across a few (maybe 3 or so) white dots beneath the foreskin that were itchy. There is no discharge and I feel no pain urinating. My testicles also feel normal. They simply itch a bit (I believe they've itched for maybe 2 days now, but only momentarily). By that I mean that I would feel a small itch, which would disappear after a few minutes.

Since I can remember I have had severe itching around the testicles, the penis, and the perineum. My brother reports the same issue, as well as my father.
It becomes uncontrollably itchy at night mostly and gets worse before I urinate, and right after I urinate. There is no redness or rash in any way and I just can't figure it out.
I've become a little worried lately that it could be a pre-diabetic symptom because of how bad it gets before urination.
