2 weeks back I had an unprotected oral sex with someone. From last week am experiencing itchy scrotum and on the area behind the scrotum and around my anus. It's itchy burning and as streaks of softened skins rashes. Could this be any indication of any STD?
When I surfed net I found that could be fungal infection or yeast or bacterial. Of which its close to the images of fungal infections on the net.
Please clarify if this is an Std or mere fungal?
I did not know how to post a comment to the discssion on anal itching, but I wanted to agree with one of the ladies. I have been suffering from this, and I did try the remedy that she talked about AnaNOitch-D. I do not know how it works, and honestly I do not care, but I got rid of my itch within just a few days.
I have been waiting for years for a natural remedy like this. I have been using OTC medications for way too long and I know that's not good for me.

t consider myself overweight. I have had very itchy testicles, from my scrotum to my testicles and a little on my buttocks. I started using an anti-fungal cream, however, found that it wasn't working. I went to the doctors and she had a quick look and prescribed me Nystatin for jock itch. I have no pimples, blisters or warts. I have been finding no relief from the Nystatin, and have been also using Gold Bond medicated powder in between morning and night treatments.
I have a red rash on the left side of my scrotum right below the shaft of my penis and a smaller area on the right side - the left side is very itchy and after itching it I find that it has become painful. I don't see any lesions or bumps besides hair follicles although I have noticed the skin flaking off a little bit after I have scratched.
I am sexually active but have not had sex since December '11.
I've had a rash around my groin for 6+ months emcompassing my scrotum, the area between my scrotum and anus, around the anus, a little on the shaft on the penis, and on the pubic bone. It's very itchy more so at night. I've been diagnosed with jock itch and have went through tube after tube of OTC jock itch cream to no avail. i've also got a rash on my eyelids that is raised and flakey, not really itchy or sore.
I've had itchy scrotum for past few yrs (5~6??). I've seen couple dermatologists, and tried the creams they prescribed. One was Cloderm (clocortolone pivalate) cream, .1%, and the other was Atopiclair. The creams seem to lessen the itchiness, but it's not getting rid of it. Can you recommend some other solution to get rid of the itchiness?
I am having a big problem with an itchy scrotum after sex. It started last month. My wife and I use condoms for birth control. On one occassion we noticed a collection of a white substance at he base of the condom after sex. The substance was at the top of my scrotum where it meets the base of the shaft. I thought it was a colletction of the lubricant from the condom, however, my wife thought it looked like a yeast discharge. She didn't notice any symptoms of a yeast infection.
Hey, I have a itchy scrotum. In my genital area, i have these red looking pimples and they also seem to be somewhere really close to ma anus. I have also noticed some white dots on the underskin of my penis. I think i might have these dots on my testicles too .This is happening to me from the last 10 days. Hi I am 14. for about 1 and a half years, the skin on my scrotum has been itchy. It is only itchy when I am remaining inactive for a while, sometimes in the shower, and at night. Another point to notice is that it is itchy no where else at alllll. I have a theory that sicne I started wearing my uncles boxers (yeah he had a bunch of nice clothing that didnt fit anymore, but was washed) it started then. Sometimes when I am wearing sweatpants and nothing else with and itchy bottom it starts again.
Yes I have this itchy scrotum. I'm on a medication that causes eczema. I can't stop taking the medication or else I won't have any place to live. The itching is in fact all over my body; but I learned that certain foods causes me to break out in hives in conjuction with the medication. The itching on my scrotum is forever constant. I've tried all kinds of anti-itch medication as well as 1% hydrocortizones. Nothing works on this itch. I mean no oils,lotions,body wash.

i too have had a drive me crazy itchy scrotum for about three years. i have found hydroval (prescription cream) to be helpful. after bathing it without soap dry well and apply to scrotum NOT ON GROIN AREA. May need a second application on the following day. wash hands immediately after using. this will do until next bath or shower.
s a hot day the skin on my scrotum develops red and itchy bumps like that of mosquito bites, also the scrotum feels a bit sticky due to moisture, I can also notice pieces of dead skin the next day. I've never seen blood on the area. I've never had any sexual contact so there's no chance of STD. Mostly it happens on the left side of scrotum and the right side is completely fine.

I decided to get tested In the uk at freedomhealth Day 10 pcr HIV negative day 14 chlamydia gonorrhoea swab and urine test first catch then week 6 HIV duo syphilis than week 8 HIV duo plus full std package without hpv than I decided to tested again cos from stinging sensation on the penis I get stinging itchy scrotum and pain like sore on the tip so get scared and tested again at week 13 HIV duo herpes 1,2 syphilis and other stds all negative uk .
2) Within a week I began to get very itchy again, but this time at the place where the base of my scrotum and thigh meet on the left side (not the scrotum itself). It remained itchy for a few weeks and a small dark spot developed that would cause severe itching if I scratched it.
3) Around the same time, I got general itchiness around my pubic area and the same sort of itchiness on the opposite side of my scrotum (not the scrotum itself).
