Just wanted to preface by saying I have a dermatologist appointment set up... in December. But, I've gotten pretty desperate lately so wanted to see if anyone had any ideas.
I'm 24 and have had great skin almost my entire life- however, last November I started getting what I'm calling a "rash" along my jawline. It comes and goes, it's itchy, and there's little bumps. I also will get some bumps on my forehead.
Basically, these small bumps form under the skin and just stay there. They are the most severe along my jawline. They are not red, irritated, or itchy, however, they make the texture of my skin very rough. If you squeeze them, white junk oozes out. I have done everything from gentle cleansing to a full blown acne treatment and nothing seems to work. I've been working with a skin care professional since the beginning of the year, but she is at wits end.
Hi there. For about the past year or so I've had a recurring rash on my jaw. At it's worst, it's very itchy, bumpy and red, sometimes dry. It's always there, but only really flares up every couple weeks and last for a few days. It's always in the same isolated spot on my right jaw. When it isn't flared up, you can still see it, but it doesn't itch, isn't bumpy and is a lighter shade of red.
I have a very itchy jawline. I can't help but scratch it. I have no rash at all or discoloration. The only thing that seems to relieve the itch is ice or a very cold damp washcloth. Is there anything that I can do to relieve this itch? I have tried Benadryl and a topic anti itch cream and nothing seems to work. I have also suffered from the same affliction on my hands and arms below the elbow. Please help!!
I have had a heat rash on my neck, beside the jawline now for 14 years. I have been to a few Dr's who have said "Its just a heat rash, nothing you can do about it". My question, can a heat rash last for this long? Its been in the same place and has never spread. Its definately gets worse in the heat, it itches like crazy.
ive recently been getting red, dry itchy burning skin, and it appears in the same places all the time. in my eyebrows, the bridge of my nose, both my cheeks, and along my jawline on each side. it usually goes away for a while, but it always comes back. i took some pictures today if anyone would like to see them. it looks so horrible this morning that i had to stay home from work. it also goes into my gotee and moustache, turning them both red and burning, and also cause flaking.
Just when it seems to go subside, it breaks out again. The rash itself is cocentrated on my jawline, somewhat like a beard would be. It is red, scaly, iritated, mildly itchy. Absent are zit-like pimples, whiteheads and so on.
I am intersted in your input. I have done independent reseach. Looks like a facial yeast infection, however; I would like to know other ideas. I have been to an allergenist. Nothing worthy of mention. I am slated to see the dermatologist the end of this month.

Hi. I woke up one morning and my face was swollen badly. No other symptons. I started with some allergy medicine I had at home & by evening swelling had gone down some. Next morning, swelling was back with right eye almst swollen shut. Swtched to o.c. Benadryl 50mg every 4-6 hrs. Swelling decreased more, itchy rash started on face & neck. Next mornig swelling decreased greatly, itchy eyelids, facial skin horriblybumpy, rash spreaded to chest, back, and upper arms.
Hi, I'm an 18 year old male with no other skin issues other than angular cheilitis, which I got have not had for about a year. About 4 to 4 and a half months ago, my girlfriend noticed a strange red rash on my cheeks. I had just eaten a bowl of weird cereal that I usually don't eat, so we though it was a allergic reaction and went to sleep. In the morning the rash had greatly deceased in size so I figured we were right, and it would pass on its own.
I'm 26 and tanned a few years in my early twenties. I saw a derm about six months ago, and my skin was fine. Since then, I've developed almost cystic like acne on my right-side jawline, which has since gone down. However, there was a bump I must've picked which left a sore that scabbed over, went away, became irritated and came back, not healing up after what seems like a few months.
I'm female and 22, and recently I have had a flare up of a pimple-like rash on my face. It starts as lots of little pimples all over my jawline and cheeks, all appears overnight. (I should also add that I have dry skin usually, and never get pimples) Then after the pimples are gone (1-2 days) it just turns into a warm, bright red patchy rash, which is shiny and swollen.
The spots are small and shiny, about the size of a pimple or inflamed hair follicle. This stings when I touch it... the spots above the rash are mainly just itchy, and hurt when I shower.
In general, every area of skin affected gets quite red and inflamed sometimes. I get really self conscious about it at school. Kids are cruel.
I use a combination of two lotions and one *expensive* medication called Elidel... this combination is the only thing I've found that even somewhat works.

No genital symptoms at time, even though brief oral (30 seconds?) performed on me. I have this red bumps with pus in face neck and jawline and it gets itchy when i put the solution im using now. It started last year september and I have tried different ways to get rid of it until I decided to go to a dermatologist but it didnt worked as well. I never had this much acne, the usual is like a pimple or two that i think its because of my menstruation. I dont think i have hormonal imbalance coz my period is on regular basis.
Every summer I get these itchy bumps all over my cheeks, forehead and jawline. The more humid it is the worse they itch. My skin is also very oily. If you look at me straight on there is no indication that there is anything wrong. However if the light hits my face just right you can see all the bumps. I've been to two dermatologists and I have tried every medication for acne, rosacea and eczema. I am getting really frustrated with this.
I get itchy spots on my jawline from touching my face and they clear up very quickly with Gold Bond Powder. I also will get one 'hive' if elastic is rubbing on my skin or a tag on a shirt is hard or poking me. I have anxiety quite bad at times and take Klonopin for that. Yesterday only took it at 6 a.m. until I panicked after reading about Klebsiella.
Yesterday my urine culture came back with a small amount of Klebsiella and doctor ordered Cipro. I'm allergic to Sulfa drugs.
My dermatologist recommended that I apply Benzamycin to cure mold/moderate acne. Four days ago, I applied a small amount on my face and the next day my face was fine. I didn't apply any on the next day. I applied a bit two days ago at night, and when I woke up and my face was red, dry, and itchy. I haven't applied any since then, but my face has remained red and itchy.
I am 31wks pregnant with a rash that has persisted 2.5 months. The rash started with what I thought was an acne-like breakout, I assumed it was preg related and treated with all the normal pimple creams and washes. After a week or two I decided that it was a rash and treated with 1% cortisone cream, it became slightly better but still would not go. My OB gave me some Amlactin lotion to try, it dried my skin out but no relief.
I have small, pinpoint bumps going up and down my legs and two peculiar looking (might not be the same thing) spots on my jawline. They don't itch but they are red with pointy white tips. They aren't clustered and are spread out a couple inches in between and they are pretty much only on my legs.

I went to dr on 6-11 and all blood work came back fine as for no flu or strep and i never ran a fever but my blood pressure was every high. I started taking BP medication.
Hi everybody, I've been someone who's suffered from acne all throughout my teen years. My worst battle with acne was in early 2016, and just to give a little insight on that phase, my face was completely covered with all kinds of acne, from whiteheads to blackheads to cysts, and it was so painful that I couldn't sleep on my sides comfortably.
