The rash is non itchy, so it may not be a case of dermatitis or eczema. You may apply a mild Vitamin E cream over the area to reduce friction and dryness. Dry skin may easily break and readily irritates.
Im a 37 year old male with a itchy rash that started out between the fold where the scrotum meets the inner thigh. Now the rash has spread to both inner thighs, below my navel and buttock areas.The rash is dark in color and very itchy especially at night. Hi, I'm currently a college student living in a dormitory. About a week ago I started having a rash in my genital region. At first I thought it was just itchiness on my scrotum, but then things started getting worse. I noticed a few red spots on my penis and the rash started spreading to parts of my inner thigh, as well as near my anus. It's a red rash, scaly, and extremely itchy.
For the past 8 months I've had a rash in my groin. The skin on my inner thighs is dark brown and feels very dry and rough. When my thighs rub together it irritates the area, especially if the area is moist from sweating. I also have a burning pain in the anus and it can feel dry in there, sometimes bowel movements can hurt. The edges of the scrotum are also painful, the scrotum in general looks more wrinkled than I can remember.
Sitting for long periods of time is painful.

I have developed a rash on the shaft of my penis and quite bad on my area between scrotum and anus(Not in my anus) The rash on my shaft is red and runs all up my shaft its a little raised but not blistery or ulcerated. the rash between my scrotum and anus is red, raised and covers quite an area, goes in a line from just above my anus to my scrotum and then spreads to my inner thighs. itchy at times but not over powering.
irritated scrotum (with a normal patch down the middle) and re-occurring development of the red spots on the inner thighs. Steroid creams seem to eliminate the red spots on the thighs, but the discomfort and irritation on the scrotum/and area between the anus and scrotum is always lingering.
Doctors have had me on three or four different types of anti-fungal creams, different steriod creams and it will not end. Any ideas?
For a few years now I've had red/purplish bumps/rash like appearance on the backs of my thighs. Every once in a while I get an even bigger bump that appears to be like a pimple that is sore..otherwise there are always red bumps..somewhat flat..maybe scarred. I do get pimples on my butt occasionally but the constant rash on my thighs seem different. I can't remember my thighs ever really itching from it either.
It do leave scars when you scrathce it. I also get one two or three small itchy pimples between my fingers now and then but my mom told me that the pimples between the fingers runs in the family. Every time when the old rashes disappear new ones appear and this has happened for the past two and a half months. I think it might be something in the clothes im wearing or the bed I sleep in. And about a year and a half ago I had psoriasis but that only kept on for less than a month.

There are also some of these present on my upper chest. And at the same time I have a mild itchy rash in the contact area of my upper thighs and scrotum.
Are these connected? This seems to have started 5 weeks ago when I went through a course of Zithromax for a sinus infection.

was sent for an ultrasound scan on abdo but nothing just said that lining of womb was thickened, but due to having a 2 and half year old and 8moth old probably that, since then so about two months ive been having pains in my thighs and pelvic area lower back pain and shooting pains up through my vagina, i also have on the outside lips right side of vagina very itchy sore lumps? i am so worried please help!
It is also important to rule out scabies as this rash itch intensely, and may be found in the hands, or between the fingers. I know that you'll be getting married in a week's time but it would be good to see your doctor for further evaluation of the skin rash and to remove some of your anxieties regarding this problem. i had unprotected sex a over a month ago, it has been nearly 2 weeks i have had this red rash on my left testicle which was hot and itchy, also feel it itchy on the thoghs alittle, there were a few patchy rashes on the left testicle which were itchy, not sure if they were spots looked red and maybe bumpy.
a few days later they became flatter and had dead skin on them, now its just a spread out rash but not too itchy

A few strange symptoms. It started as just a few bumps between my toes on my right foot. over the course of a few weeks, they began to cover my foot, and spread to my left foot, and now I even see two on my right hand. They don't hurt, they don't itch, they're small, hard, and white & red.
Shortly after, I began having lots of large itchy bumps. these I assume were due to rising mosquito populations plus fleas from my cats.
