itchy rash between legs

As it stood at the time of that visit and as it stands today, the rash between my legs consists of redness around the hair follicles where the itching is. On my penile shaft, there was a bump that the dermatologist stated looked like what could be scabies (there are now two bumps). On the inside of my wrist, where there is no hair, the irritation is red and raised. My forearms occasionally get red itchy bumps, then go away. My waist has red itchy bumps (but they do not go away).

Im glad Im not the only one with "itchy" legs. I have had "itchy" legs for years. I have been told it was all in my head. And have tired almost everything for dry itchy skin. Its mostly my lower legs, the front and side. Sometimes its my upper leg. When they itch, it feels like they are itchy from the bones. I end up itching them so much that I tear my legs open, and usually get a faint scar. They seem dry usually, but are as smooth and soft as my hands are.

My 2 year old female dane occasionally gets pretty red between her back legs (more like flank - where hairless part meets the hair on her side). She licks and licks this. I've used Cort-Aide on the spots and they go away very fast. The only come back occasionally, but seem pretty red. I've also see them under her front arms. Does not seem like allergies, but what would be causing the irritation just on occasion?

Hello, a few years ago I had a microscopic parasite that made my legs itchy so when it happened again I went to my Doctor but he told me there were no holes so it was probably an allergic reaction, he gave me a cream that helped a little but didn't stop it. I searched the net and someone said it might be due to something in bread so I stopped eating bread, then I stopped cakes and even schnitzel and crumbed fish, this did help but I still had it sometimes.

The ones on my face and neck aren’t really itchy and I almost never scratch them. I also have one on top of a finger, one between my fingers, and one on top of backhand. After a couple of days some of them go away and there remains just the center little head part that used to be a blister.

I had a hysterectomy 3 years ago and since then I have been itchy between my legs... no blisters, rash or scales. just itchy. its all external. i feel the need to keep powder between my butt cheeks.. one dr. told me it was a yeast infection but I know for a fact it is not that. My husband does not have any issues. so I feel like its not anything contagious. I feel like my ph is off balance and im too acidic? please help.

The question I have is what are some possible reasons I could be having additional rash continuing to spread on both legs? The newer rash ranges between looking like the red, raised lines of the jellyfish sting and smaller, singular red bumps. It is in a bout 5 different spots including both legs and my groin. The lymph nodes in my groin have also felt enlarged this whole time, as my body has been fighting all this off. Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Considering the location of the rash, have you been wearing tight shoes lately? Also, the rash between the thighs may be due to the friction caused by the thighs when they rub together. Is this applicable in your case? The rash is non itchy, so it may not be a case of dermatitis or eczema. You may apply a mild Vitamin E cream over the area to reduce friction and dryness. Dry skin may easily break and readily irritates.

JosieSi, I am not an over weight lady but I am healthy, thick I guess you'd say. I have big legs, always have even when I was much smaller. I sometimes have that problem and it's usually caused by my thighs rubbing together, mostly during the summer time. I also have a pair of pants that it always happens with, not really sure if it's the material and the rubbing.

Have all the exact same symptoms as stated in the previous discussion (Itchy legs, no sign of rash or irritation). Although there is initially no rash, one does occur after scratching the itchy area, the skin raises up into red spot until it becomes just one big thick skin area.
