Oh, I had itchy palms during pregnancy and it drove me mad. It is a hormonal reaction. My doctor had me use 'coraid' which is an over the counter cream. It helped a little. Tell your doctor and see if they recommend a topical treatment for it. The itching stopped as soon as I gave birth. It was literally so bad that once in a while, I would rub my hands on the bricks of my house to get relief. So, I feel ya. I hope the cream helps.
Has anyone else noticed a change in there palms? I have no idea if its pregnancy related but I've never had it before... When I do the dishes or have a shower the centre of my palms go really really lumpy, bumpy and wrinkled up, sometimes I notice it after just washing my hands? They don't seem to be dry at all?
t panic, then the next day my 16 year old daughter had the same problem and she said here hands itched and burned and there were those red watery bumps under her skin on her hands all over her hands the back and the palms, the next day my 11 year old son came to me with the exact same problem but his are watery bumps mainly in between his fingers and on the palms what could this be?
the one i know of that is one of the more serious starts usually in the palms of your hands and bottoms of your feet then progresses to the rest of your body (ICP) and i think most of the others have a rash that goes along with it.... a common not so serious one is also PUPPP but im sure thats with a rash...

I am suspicious about being infected, I tested 2 months negative and waiting to do another test after one more month. I feel burning, sometimes itchy palms, numbness also existing. I would like to mention that a month ago I had pink rash in my hand palms and foot soles, and skin was peeling, but it got back to normal now. what could this be? is somehow an indication to HIV?
My mother has been having problems with her palms. Just the palms. It’s itchy, scaly, dry, cracked, and just painful for her. She’s gone to the doctor, but everything they have had her use does not work. It’s nowhere else on her body. Although she does have a patch of skin like that on the back of her neck every once in a while. But her palms have never healed. What could it be, and what things do you recommend to help? The doctors have not been able to do anything. She’s desperate.
I have recently developed little itchy bumps only on the palms of both hands and the bottom of both feet in the arch area. I can see them under the skin and when I scratch them they pop open and have water inside. If I scratch an area more will surface. I've never had this before. Can it be an allergy to something? Stress? My Dr. gave me a steroid cream to use at night with gloves and it's not working.
ve been reading the forum threads - very helpful - but no one has noted my exact problem, which is itchy bumps on the palms of my hands. Not red, or white, they seem to come from within. My Dr. said they are probably not bites, as insects do not break the skin of the palms (too thick), and thinks it might be an allergy (to WHAT???).
He gave me some corticosteroid cream (this one has Fluocinonide), but it hasn't helped much yet (have used it for a little over a day).
They then proceeded to run their hands over my palms. My palms are sometimes red. I have thickening of the cords in my hands which appears similar to Dupuytrens Contracture. I have read that both the thckening of the cords and red palms (Palmar Erythema) have to do liver disease and cirrhosis. Why not Google Liver disease and red palms. I would have embedded it here but I'm not sure how you do that.

My 2 year old daughter has severely itchy palms of her hands and soles of her feet, to the point her hands are swollen and bright red and the bottoms of her feet are bright red, her hands and feet also get very hot to the touch. During the day it doesn’t bother her as much but at night she can hardly sleep. This has been going on for 3 weeks and her Pediatrician and Dermatologist are not sure what her diagnosis is.
it recurently peels off in patches which is quite embarassing..it`s totally painless and not itchy atall.please advice me on what my problem is and how to solve it.I HAVE HEARD THIS PROBLEM FOR over 6 years now.please help.
This problem not only happens on my palms bt also the entire hand in patches,on my feet also.
