itchy nipples in males

pain in head, itchy scrotal, red balls - kind of a crawling feeling. No discharge and no smell though Ive been tested for G&GC - neg. there and No herpes. Besides yeast could this be anything more?

One thing to keep in mind is ..... cancer RARELY occurs in both breasts at the same time. Irritants though certainly can. Take care ....

i have recently been getting itchy nipples, this occurs on both breasts and the itchiness comes and goes, it feels like hairs sticking in the skin. i haven't changed my washing powder or soap and there is no redness or lumps or any noticeable changes, the only thing different is the nipples are sore to press but only the nipples not the breast.

My nipples are killing me there soo itchy and when there not itchy they hurt like somebody's pinching them. Has anybody else had this happen what did u do? I'm thinking maybe nipple cream but is that just for breastfeeding?

I know how that is i am exactly the same way. I typically use nuetrogena mosterizure which is technically for your face and neck but i use it on my nipples too cause it sinks in so fast and dries and doesnt leave that lotion feel. It is also for sensitive skin!

Yes I've been itchy like crazy my boobs and nipples I have my husband help me not scratch but massage them I just wish I can scratch them off but I know it's worth it so I try not to think about it because the itchy gets worse
