m in college and ever since I got here and a little before my nipples have been driving me crazy. Usually my eczema is my legs, the inside of my elbow, my stomach/back and my chest that itches but, my nipples just started itching. To the point where the skin around them get raw and sore but they still itch :(. I can't stand it. The itching gets worse at night. I recommend taking cold showers. Especially when shaving.

Irritant contact dermatitis is caused by irritation of the skin by products such as creams, gels, soap, detergent or chemicals. On the otehr hand, allergic contact dermatitis is a delayed hypersensitivity to an allergen in a product used on the skin. Try to avoid soap or shampoo on the nipples and hot showers.
She had a cut on her lips as she said she didnt wanna give me oral because of it i didnt kiss her or anything but i let her lick my nipples and suck them .. one seems itchy a bit and there was peeling skin that looked healed black as i peeled it off and one i pelled off too soon had black and seem like a small circle cut or could just be my eczema ?? I am 18 not pregnant and do not have cancer. My nipples have become extremly itchy and they seem to have little black dots on my nipple, resembaling clogged pores or blackheads. It is only on one breast. It last all day and all night sometimes and sometimes only for a few mintues. There is no discharge, discoloration, or noticable changes compared to my other breast. What is this and should I see a doctor?
In Paget’s disease of the breast along with skin changes like crusty, oozing or hardened skin there is also bloody nipple discharge or flattened nipples. It can resemble eczema. It is best to see a dermatologist and get the diagnosis confirmed. Hope you find this information useful.

I’m only 20 and afraid that I could have some kind of cancer or non cancerous disease. For weeks my nipples have been itchy, but recently it gotten to the point to where, my right nipple is worsening and is the most dry, scaly one, with little bits of the skin actually peeling off to where I bleed or oozing. My left is still simply, dry and itchy, and I have history with eczema, but I feel like this could be worse.
Just use regular non scented lotion, what I usually do is put cold water on a wash cloth and put it on the part that's itchy!
So kinda wierd but for the past 2 days my nipples are itchy out of control haven't changed anything like lotion detergent body wash or anything dunno what's going on :(

I try to always wash my hand after touching my mouth, but there is a possibility that my boyfriend kissing my nipples either irritated my nipples causing them to crack and be cut (which is itchy and unable to scab over and heal as I wear a shirt at all times since I do not live a lone.) since 2 years i have been getting severe itchy feeling in my nipples and around my both the areola ,and when i scratch over that then a white dead skin in powdered form falls down, gradually forming a red dry itchy spots which again turns into brown spots around the areola and the skin texture of those spots is turning like the skin texture of the areola.All this is not continuous , its continual [on and off situation].

So I have had this problem for about 3-4 months. My nipples are very sore and itch the skin around it is itchy sore red raw and peeling and my actual breat itch as well it's on both sides but worse on the right. I do not have discharge and I get a small hard spot maybe from inflammation? I do breastfeed but no signs of yeast in my baby's mouth. What could this be?
two days ago, quite out of the blue, both of my nipples began hurting like the bejeezus. It passed into an occasional burning sensation which I didn't really take much note of (thought I had maybe got into something I was allergic to). The next day, right after I got out of the shower, the pain begins anew. So sensitive even the slightest touch of fabric over them was quite sore.
This passed...and once again, all I experience are mild burning sensations which come and go.
Geez....your physician sounds like she could really care less.
Ok, the mammogram was ok, however, I would recommend having this biopsied. In fact, I would recommend requesting a referral to a Dermatologist and getting this biopsy done by the Derm.
I am not exactly sure what you are dealing with. It looks like something Eczema-like and Paget's can present just like Eczema. The biopsy will determine exactly what this is.
I agree, because you're young it's much more likely a skin issue. I recently saw my dr after 3 weeks of horrible itchy nipples and 3 days of a cream they're normal again. It makes a world of difference! Skin discoloration is still important to look out for, but right now you're probably just missing the boat on a quick and painless treatment. Talk to your dr about it as you may need a prescription lotion.

Eczema is characterised by red, dry patches which are itchy. If the rash is non itchy then it can be pityriasis alba. Pityriasis alba is a common skin condition mostly occurring in children and usually seen as dry, fine-scaled, pale patches on the face.
No treatment is required and the patches in time will settle in due course of time. The redness, scale and itch if present may be managed with simple emollients and sometimes hydrocortisone, a weak steroid, is also used.
We ate dinner and after tht rashes started forming around my lips then my whole face was red with little bumps or lumps that are red. I have a history of skin disorders (eczema, dermatitis and skin asthma) so I just drank benadryl to get it over with but it did not do any help at all and until now I am suffering the same problem but now it is much worse and my face is peeling off the skin.
WATCH OUT! you shoulc check up paget's diseas of the nipple it's a new type of breast cancer that involves itchy nipples and rashes check it up on google!
My kids and myself suffer from eczema. Weve tried hydrocortisone all the lotions nothing helps. What else can we do?
I have between my bum cheeks a scaley patch which can get very sore and over the last year had on and off itching nipples sometimes they have red spots that can be sore, over the last few weeks they are itching all the time. I wear cotton briefs and bra. my ankles have now started to itch especially at night and they feel like they are burning it is driving me mad.
I have used on seperate occasions Oilatum, Vaseline, Aqueoues, Olive Oil and recently even antihestimene cream.
