It started when washing vegetables in cold water, my hands get all red, and have a burning itching sensation. Now, when I go outside in cold weather, any exposed skin gets red and itchy. I just came in from a bike ride in 35 degree weather, and my thighs are very itchy (and I did have leggings under nylon pants). However, I have never noticed any swelling or welts. Would my case still be called cold urticaria?
If you are using something that has some amount of oil in it, it could clog up your pores and keep whatever is under the skin under the skin and there for not allow it to breath. Try going back to whatever soap you may have used before and see if that works. It may be a simple as that. I know it was that simple for me.
The next day, a similar bump appeared on another finger, with the same feeling of a splinter or glass under the skin. Today, I can count at least seven of these very tiny, slightly raised bumps. t afford it right now but i have been suffering from this for about 4 months. My skin has been extremely itchy. I get what looks like tiny pimples. On my hands and feet they get filled with what my be pus. After using eucerin lotion it has gotten under control & even going away. But i still have it. Can you recommend a treatment for itchy skin under my breasts, which are on the heavy side? I try to keep that area as dry as possible, but do perspire a lot under my breasts. I have a case of itchy hands. I can't help but itch, and I get to the point when I keep itching, that I start forming little white bloches, and bumps all in between and around my fingetrs, palms, wrists, and anywhere else on my hands~!! Had been putting Vicks on kids heels when they had coughs and discovered itch dying in hands. After 3 days there is just a redness under the flaky skin and remaining blisters are not itchy. I get itchy/burning/ purplish red hands & fingers when I get something from the refrigerator(or) freezer @ the store>>or when the temps get really cold outside...what can I do to protect myself from having these episodes?I usually have to run in the bathroom at the store and run warm water on my hands to get some relief and then I put hand cream on.
