hi all, i need some advise, for months now i have not been sleeping well it takes me over an hour to get to sleep and then i only sleep for about an hour have to get up and use toilet than takes me another hour to go to sleep this goes on all night, and also some night when i start to drift of to sleep i become all
itchy, any ideas what it could be or any ideas of how i could get a good nights sleep i dont drink coffee of caffine drinks
