Whenever I attempt to walk quickly, my legs begin to itch uncontrollably, and then turns in to intense pain. It begins in my
feet, moves up my ankles and then to my chins, then thighs and butt. It happens before I start sweating, but after my heart rate goes up a little bit. This happens in the city when I am walking to work or to the bus stop - it also happens in the gym on the tread mill. So I avoid walking as much as I can.
