Hello there, I'm a 23 year old male , I work a lot with computer from 6 a.m. till 5-6 p.m. and i almost always tired or feel exhausted .

I promise this is the last question tonight!! I'm on a roll!! Gosh!! I thought I read somewhere about having red eyes and lymes disease. I remember a couple years ago out of nowhere my eyes got really really red. They didn't itch or anything.. just red. Nothing eased the redness either. I believe it lasted a couple days then went away. My sister in law had mentioned something about using too much visine can cause a reverse reaction and make the eyes red.

I had been diagnosed with hsv-1 more than one year, recently I had outbreak there are few small red dots on my hand, I accidentally used my hand to rub my eyes. Currently my eyes feels itchy, is it possible that I had spread it to my eyes?

Hey guys. My allergies get so bad. My eyes get so itchy, they ve stringy white things coming out of them, they get so red and swollen mess up my whole day, i need something that can control the itching.

Even I used my eye glasses my eyes still in red but not so red then the itchy problem was different just like before...My problem untill now is my red eye. My work is in the office 7:am to 5:pm I faced in my laptop all those time maybe that is the one big factor..please suggest me how to relax my eyes without leaving my office chair... Thanks..

I had this same problem when I was on Accutane, but it went away once i was off the drug. Now it is back and I have been off accutane for over a year. My eyes are not itchy, and there is no discharge to indicate pink-eye. I was tested by an allergist for enviornmental and food allergies and all were negative. I have switched my eye cream and eye make-up in case it was related, but it is still not better. Suggestions?

and worst of all, since about last week, my eyes have become very red (bloodshot). And lately my eyes are becoming more and more itchy everyday. (+ alot more symptoms, ranging from rashes to nausea...). I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on what it could be, and what I can take to relief the itching? Thank you in advance.

It was my opthalmist who said i had an allergy and mild blepharitis. My eyes dont itch but they water. The skin under my eyes is very dry and red and sometimes itchy. Im not sure if this is related to the blepharitis? I am using a hot compress and massaging my eyes twice a day.

I had lasik back in 02 & never had a problem--had white eyes & never dry. Just used OTC generic artificial tears here & there. Then in 5/08, I develop. red eyes & had a prominent vessel in my left eye. Eye dr. said it was strain from studying for my MBA and should go away on its own. He took eye tests and put me on restasis. The redness went away but the prominent vessel stayed. It's still there to this day & the eye dr.

My inner lower eyelids are allways red, espacially in the corners. In the morning my eye vessels show. In the evening my eyes get red (about 6 pm). They are a bit itchy. However about a year ago, whilst visiting a friend, I woke to an itchy eyelid, not much , just a little red patch and itchy. I have red, pimple-like with white heads bumps under my eyes. I have seen 2 eye doctors and 2 dermatologists and I was under the close supervision of a plastic surgeon for another problem (a basal cell carcinoma reconstruction). I am on Prednisone for ten days and it started working after about 24 hours. The red colour is gone, my eyes are still itchy but not nearly as bad. I was on it once before and it worked like a miracle for me. I know Prenisone is a fairly "dangerous" drug and not to be taken lightly. Since I made it to my 2nd trimester my eyes have been sore,itchy,red,swollen! Any advice?? And home remedies?? Has anyone experienced this??

Not certain about the white bumps but red itchy eyes maybe allergy or pink eye(conjunctivitis ) He may need a med so it would be best to show the doctor .We also have an eye care forum on Med Help may have other ideas. check it out ..

t relate the horrible red bloodshot eyes to the CPAP, but now that my eyelids are swollen, itchy and my eyes are staying red, and the only thing that's changed is I've been wearing a cpap mask for the past 8 nights...I guess that's what's happening. I called the sleep clinic, talked to a nurse and she told me to stop the cpap for a couple nights to see if it got better. I've gone one night without the cpap...and my eyes are not recovered, I'm going another night tonight.

I used a washcloth compress to get the swelling down and the eyes continued to be red and swollen and itchy and I noticed little blisters kind of like what I get when I wear cheap jewelry and get a chemical reaction from the metal. I have tried some Zatidor eyedrops-antihistime twice daily. It does seem to help a little inside the eye (very little).

I have the same complaint and was hoping the meds would help. I have only been on them for 2 weeks so have not yet found relief. My eyes are very itchy too and I can't seem to itch them enough to relieve the itch. Do you have itchy eyes, too?
